From my observation, my dick post-session usually isn’t as stretchy compared to pre-session, so I have a hard time measuring BPFSL and get consistent value. I stretched my dick after session for measurement like 4-5+ times to get relatively close to before I start my session. I’m not sure if I did proper measurement at all.

I’ll take another 2 days off tomorrow to do girth and length measurement.

Here’s the measurement yesterday:

BPEL: 14.5cm / 5.71” (0.2cm gained / 0.08” gained)

I was so happy about the gains. After I change my measurement to centimeters, I’m more satisfied with the gains and kinda look forward to it.

I changed up my routine today. Here it is:

I did jelq first THEN stretch, found out my dick liked this better. I felt like I can stretch longer. This session was really good.

Overall, I’m happy with the gains and the routine. I might masturbate/edging today and take a break again because I’m going to the club with my friends on Friday and kinda have to prepare to have sex (if any).

Yesterday, the plan’s cancelled. I guess I have to wait for another time.

During warmup, I felt like my dick was bigger and longer in my hand. It was certainly a strange, yet good feeling that my dick has grown. That’s a good sign right there.

20 minutes edging felt like 5 minutes or so. It went so fast and I’m really laser focused on doing it.

Overall, I like how my routine is going today.

I did my routine better this morning. I also did sneak 1 squeeze in there, too. I’m overly cautious doing more advanced exercises other than jelqing, manual stretching and edging even though I’ve been PEing for about 6 months inconsistently and 2-3 months religiously after my progress thread has been created.

After edging session tonight, I take a look at my dick. The veins are more pronounced when erect. There’s some little veins here and there that’s starting to pop up.

It’s been challenging to have control over my erection lately. I think it occured roughly in the same timeframe that I didn’t take my zinc supplements.

Unfortunately, it happened. Here’s the stats:

(Still getting to keep my 0.4cm gain on BPEL. That’s amazing.)

If I have to guesstimate, it’s probably:
1. My latest routine is too much for my dick.
2. Erection when measuring.
3. Unexplainable lack of erection control.
4. Unnoticable PI. It’s pretty much neutral to a bit negative.
5. Too much unplanned rest days (+2 days each for several times last month)

It sucks to lose gains, especially my girth. I’m still happy to keep my length gains though. I need a decon break and take a step back to the routine where I gained recently.

I lost most of my gains.

Back from 1 month decon break! I just measured my dick and here’s the stats:

BPEL: 14.2cm (5.59")
MSEG: 11.3cm (4.45")

Looks like the break didn’t do anything. Aside from that, I just noticed that I got baseball bat effect on my dick. Tried finding some threads for it and pretty much make sense.

I feel disheartened because it’s hard to maintain erection long enough to measure (and don’t even know if it’s fully hard), the decon break didn’t help and I lost almost all of my gains.

There’s 2 cm of length gains I got to keep, however.

I’ll start PEing again on Monday. Stay tuned!

"Shy dick" is a problem for measurements.

After dealing with it myself, with measurements all over the place, I decided a repeatable measurement was more useful than a bunch of random measurements, even if it wasn’t "real."

I use a tight-fitting cock ring, tight enough to maintain an erection for a while, do some Kegels to make sure my shaft is as stiff as it’s going to get, and then measure. My normal unassisted size isn’t that large, of course, but at least the measurement with the ring is repeatable.
