So, last week I started doing the regular Newbie Routine. But for some reason, I experienced low libido and ED after I recovered from cold (actually, I don’t even know how it happened. I just guessed). So, I couldn’t do it properly and just stop doing it after 2 sessions.

After I took my last capsule of zinc last night, all was back to normal. I got my night and morning wood back. I was so happy. I’m gonna try it again on Monday with more proper heating and intensity.

Weekly Tracking is back! A week of Newbie Routine later and now I can say that my dick can handle it so good. It was better than the last routine, in fact. There were several changes in the routine, even heating received a new method.

What I clearly noticed is that my dick’s sensitivity is significantly higher than it used to be. I used to having trouble getting it up when doing PE and I had to "force" it sometimes. Now, it’s pretty much uncontrollable. Like, I got hard every time I do rotor crank stretch lol. I can maintain a good erection when jelqing, too. My dick felt fuller (but I’m also not quite sure) after the routine, which is nice. I like kegels so much that I did it when I go to bed just to keep me focused 🤣.

Sometimes I woke up too early to see a morning wood in action. But when the time’s arrived, oh boy do I had a SOLID one, even better than before.

In the last routine, I got no gains even though my EQ was all well and good. My guess is that I’m undertrained, at least that’s what it was from an article I read.

Will surely keep you guys reported. I’m so happy with the PE process now.

Strain rate stayed in a healthy range of 2-4%. Great EQ all week. My dick, when flaccid, looks like a grower’s dick somehow. A slight contrast to my dick after the routine that’s…turtled? I certainly wasn’t blind seeing a puffed up unit after I’m done with jelqing and warm down. Maybe there’s a sizeable time gap when I kegel and have to wash my face at the same time, and with no stimulation to my dick, it returned into a turtled flaccid.

It’s either I should be a bit more gentle with the routine, or what I perceived as "turtled" is just a 100% flaccid, shower’s dick.

Since I’m still a college student on Sunday, I changed up days I have to do PE. I’ll start my routine tomorrow morning. With 2 days on, 1 day off interval, I don’t have to stop every Sunday. Instead, every 2 weeks I’ll have a routine to do on Sunday. I’ll take 3 days off (Sat, Sun, Mon) since Saturday is a rest day and Monday because it’ll catch me in a "rest every Sunday because you have a class" loop. Rinse and repeat.

The stats kinda looking good! At the same time, I doubt it because I think I "cheated" a bit. As I’ve said several times, my dick post routine was less stretchy. Even less so when it reached fully flaccid state. If I have to take measurement only once, the first number would be at least 1-2cm less than my dick pre routine. I had to used some amount of force to stretch it out with weird underhand grip.

On the flip side, pre routine dick had morning wood as an enemy lol. I had to wait for a while until my erection subsides. That wasted my time to do PE, honestly.

I guess I have to try taking a measurement lying down on my back.
