A bit of background, for context.

I’m a 19 years old guy, live somewhere in Southeast Asia. I can’t remember how I found this site other that I was 16 at the time. After lurking around for quite some time, I registered an account, a little excited to get in. I was inspired by the likes of HungAsianGuy, and Undergrowth’s report is perfection.

Before I started, this is my initial measurements:

BPEL: 5.5”
EG: 4.25”

I started around 6 months ago, doing Linear Newbie Routine. I wasn’t very sure how my EQ is back then because I woke up without morning or night wood for the time. Also, when I introduced stretching, my EQ went bad, so I take a month long break. In month 3, I picked it back up again. This time I can stretch without ruining my EQ, but still unsure about it, so I take a month long break again.

I did gain a little bit from the routine:

BPEL: 5 9/16” (5.625”)
EG: 4 3/8” (4.375”“)

I’m doing Linear Newbie Routine all over again, just because when I’m trying the intermediate girth routine, I was so SCARED I’m going to break my dick in half due to difficulty. This time, I’ll track my progress.

I did my routine today, though.

Thanks lazerchicken. I did add heat for all my previous sessions, though it’s just a quick hot shower directly on my dick. Either my EQ diminished, or I woke up too late to see my morning/night wood

Honestly, since it’s the first week and the 2nd time I redo the routine, of course I wouldn’t expect any gains right now. I did take a measurement yesterday both with inches and centimeters, the latter I’m not so familiar with.

Observing PI was hit or miss most of the time. At least I knew that I can take a look at my dick after finishing a routine. On Friday, where I up my jelq count to 20, My dick was noticably plump. During that day, I read an article on Thunder’s, and while I don’t have an intention to read a sexy story (because it’s not), somehow I had a boner and had to go to the bathroom to subside.

I didn’t do any routine on Sunday though because I had a class today.

Now, this was interesting.

This week, I increased my jelq count to 30 on Tuesday and Thursday, then 40 yesterday. I noticed a little positive PI signs, but barely often.

So yesterday I read thoughtfulgold’s thread on edging. I tried edging that night before bed and it felt amazing.

I measured my dick this evening. Here’s the interesting part. I did not gain, but it’s almost like I was even more certain that I’m truly 4 3/8” EG on measurement. In short, it felt bigger. I’ll take this as positive.

I gained

Last week was a fun journey for sure. After I incorporated edging into my routine, my EQ has gone through the roof. At first, I experienced longer duration of morning wood, so long that I had to distract myself playing some games on my phone. Here’s the fun story I wanna tell you guys:

I had a class on Sunday, as usual. I read some articles on Thunders and then randomly got a boner. I tried touching to see what was it up to. Mind you that I wear tight trousers on top of boxer shorts, and it still felt bigger. I kept having a boner randomly around 2/3 of that day combined.

I went to bed, thinking sexual thoughts being single and alone guy that I am. There’s a specific image in my head that keeps me positive and confident in the process. Well, mostly I imagine having great sex with a beautiful girl. You would say I’m doing something called ‘manifestation’ or ‘visualization’. I don’t know if it helps in my gains, but I feel more confident doing so, somehow.

Here’s the routine:

40 Wet Jelqs
1 set of stretching up, down, left, right and out. 30 seconds each.

This week I’ll do 50 jelqs and add another set of stretching.

For edging, I only did it 1 session of 15-20 minutes per 2 sessions of normal routine. Kinda like an extended session. Usually, I did it sometime before bed, only on Saturday that I did it after I finished my routine. I use coconut oil for lube. Feels amazing.

Here’s the gains:

BPEL: 5.5625” (not gained)
EG: 4.4375” (+0.0625” / ~0.2cm gained)

You are on a good path, keep going. If it’s any encouragement to you, I’ve known PE for over 10 years, I’ve practiced irregularly during that time and I’ve never gotten a satisfactory result (no NBPEL or girth gain), so you’re doing fine.

One day, I read an article on deconditioning break that suggested taking 1-2 weeks break for every 6 weeks of PE. Last week, my EQ went from great to normal. One day, my morning and night Wood gone for a day then came back all good next day. I guess it’s because the routine:

- Warm up under hot shower
- 3 sets of 30 seconds manual stretch (up, down, left, right, out)
- Re-apply heat
- 60 V Grip Wet Jelqs (I’ve always jelq with V Grip when I discovered it)
- 10-15 mins edging every session

I feel like I’m started to hit that stress bar that my dick can take. All exercises had been increased, even edging. So, I’ll tone that down to when my last big gains was: 2 sets of stretches, 40 Wet Jelqs and 1 edging session per 2 days of PE

With that, I’m looking to take a deconditioning break. Coincidentally, I have 4 days holiday waiting around the corner to visit my family.

This very morning, I tried to make my dick stay hard long enough to measure, so I did a quick 3 mins masturbating. I don’t know if this is the way to get hard and measure, but here’s the stats:

BPEL: 5.75” (+0.1875” / ~0.47625cm gained)
EG: 4.4375 (not gained)

Thanks a ton Eddy! I’m a rather impatient person, so for the last 6-7 months I started doing PE and see no gains, I thought I’m doing something wrong so I take like a month break. This time I’m coming with a progress report. Wishing good gains to you!

I found the theory to be so interesting that I want you guys to read it. So, today I added BPFSL measurement before and after my toned down routine.

The Routine:

- Warm up with a cup of warm water
- 2 sets of manual stretching
- Re-apply heat
- 40 V Grip Wet Jelq
- 10 minutes edging

My dick stays the same after decon, but here’s the BPFSL:

Pre-BPFSL: 12.1cm
Post-BPFSL: 12.6cm
((12.6 ÷ 12.1) - 1) * 100 = 4.13% Strain today.

So, it looks like I’m doing pretty well today.

Note that I measured my pre flaccid after my morning wood had been subsided but not fully flaccid for quite some time.

If your “on-demand” EQ is worthwhile, forget morning wood. That depends on waking up at the same time you have an erection. If you can get hard when you need, or when you coax it, that is plenty. Morning wood is a poor substitute for use. Morning wood is a natural reaction that either happens or doesn’t, for no known reason at all. If you can’t make it hard when you want it hard, it’s too much.
