It can take years to reach your goal.
Do not give up…it is possible to gain 4 cm and even more.

I would also add some intel - I got 4 cm growth in first 4-5 months of PE. They were separated by 2-3 years of break, but it is real.
I started PE having penis a bit bigger than 13 cm. May be 14 cm at max. So, in two months I easily grew to 16 cm. Thought back then like “ok for now” and stopped for 3,5 years. Starting once again in Nomvember-December 2017 - I grew to solid 18+ cm already
1st) Before knowing PE ----------------- 14.0 cm length (5.51 inch), 11 cm girth (4.33 inch)
2nd) PE-like exercises for 3 months -- 16.0 cm length (6.30 inch), 12 cm girth (4.72 inch)
3rd) ThundersPlace's expertise help - 18.4 cm length (7.24 inch), 13 cm girth (5.12 inch) 4th) Routine's re-shape ----------------- 18.6 cm length (7.32 inch), 13.1 cm girth (5.16 inch)
