Started jelqing on march and added stretching later. 17cm/6.875” now and my goal is at least 20cm/8” At some point I should measure girth, but at first my goal is only focus on length gains but if I can gain girth too that’s just fine. By the way is it okay to jelq 10 reps another hand and then another one? Because that just feels fine for me. I’m gonna do newbie routine now until June then some advanced. Good gains to you all.
