As far as an actual routine goes, I’ve been doing 20 minute exercises every other day. I’m not sure if they have an actual name. I’m calling them clamped twist bends. Basically what I do is put a clamp at the base of my dick until it’s snug not tighter. I’m usually at around 80% erection. With my left hand I grab just above the clamp to apply extra pressure as needed and kegel hard. With my right hand I grab just below the glands with an OK grip and twist to the right or left. While I’m twisting I’m also bending either towards me or away from me with the palm of my right hand if that makes sense. I hold the twist / bend for 10-20 seconds as long as it feels like an intense stretch, but NOT painful.
I do variations of that in every direction for about 4-5 minutes. After 4-5 minutes I move the clamp up an inch and restart the process. As I move the clamp up my left hand grips below the clamp instead of above. Also I stop at about mid shaft as I don’t really feel a good stretch past that point. The point is it should always feel like a really intense stretch and NEVER painful.
