Wurst's Routine

trying to overcome plateau with “cycling”. only length work (I am a hard length gainer) for 1-2 months, then change to girth work only for the same period. 1 length exercise consists of 10 minutes bundled stretches, 10 minutes a-stretches, 10 minutes v-stretches and 5 minutes fulcrum stretches to the side. I am doing this twice a day. Warming up 10 minutes before and during the exercises with an IR lamp. cool down with cold ice while wearing an ADS and continue wearing it the rest of the day.
