Zep tries PE
Hi all.
Been lurking for a few months, thought Id finally join and give it a shot. Pleasantly have some results so far.
As of Nov 6/16 I’ve been doing PE for about a month, sadly I forgot to write down my actual start date.
Routine is a slight variation of the Newbie routine:
This is all done in the (hot but not too hot) shower, only privacy I kinda have for this.
4-5 min stretch (30 sec pull, 10 sec rest) to the left, right, straight out, and between the cheeks.
200 jelqs - regular OK grip, alternate hands every 10 or 25 strokes depending on what I feel that day. Using the dry jelq method since I can’t get a good process going with the wet jelq way. Remember I’m in the shower so there’s lots of water.
4-5 min stretch to end.
I’ve done this nearly every day since I’ve started with maybe only 4 rest days total.. I don’t think that’s good in hindsight.
Flaccid hangs decently after all this so I take it that’s a good sign.
Starting measurements:
Oct 9 (approx)/16
NBPEL: 5 inch x EG: 6 inch
Nov 6/16
NBPEL: 5.25 x EG: 6 inch (and maybe just a tad more but this could be due to error on my part due to EQ)
I do not currently hang or do any other sort of PE except for what I’ve posted but am open to it if I can be discreet about it.
Any suggestions or ideas are most welcome.
