Hi all.

Been lurking for a few months, thought Id finally join and give it a shot. Pleasantly have some results so far.
As of Nov 6/16 I’ve been doing PE for about a month, sadly I forgot to write down my actual start date.

Routine is a slight variation of the Newbie routine:

This is all done in the (hot but not too hot) shower, only privacy I kinda have for this.

4-5 min stretch (30 sec pull, 10 sec rest) to the left, right, straight out, and between the cheeks.
200 jelqs - regular OK grip, alternate hands every 10 or 25 strokes depending on what I feel that day. Using the dry jelq method since I can’t get a good process going with the wet jelq way. Remember I’m in the shower so there’s lots of water.
4-5 min stretch to end.

I’ve done this nearly every day since I’ve started with maybe only 4 rest days total.. I don’t think that’s good in hindsight.

Flaccid hangs decently after all this so I take it that’s a good sign.

Starting measurements:
Oct 9 (approx)/16
NBPEL: 5 inch x EG: 6 inch

Nov 6/16
NBPEL: 5.25 x EG: 6 inch (and maybe just a tad more but this could be due to error on my part due to EQ)

I do not currently hang or do any other sort of PE except for what I’ve posted but am open to it if I can be discreet about it.

Any suggestions or ideas are most welcome.

I have switched to 2 days on 2 days off after being out of town and unable to PE well but noticed results with the new rest days.
Routine is the same.

Stats are now:

Oct 9 (approx)/16
NBPEL: 5 inch x EG: 6 inch

Nov 6/16
NBPEL: 5.25 x EG: 6 inch

Nov 29/16
NBPEL: 5.5 x EG 6.10
(Hit 5.75 one really rigorous day but I think that was my measurement error)

Progress!

Nice gains man! Must be exciting seeing the results, keep up the good work

I’m also going to take more rest days, at least 2 in a week.

Might build a Captains Wench.. A question on hanging since I can’t make new threads - is there a post that has explanations/diagrams of the different angles such as SD/SO/OTL/OTS etc etc etc. I can’t seem to find it if it exists.

Nice starting girth!

Those newbie gains coming along well, a half inch already, 1/10” girth doesn’t sound like much, but it is a very good gain.

And yes, rest is needed. A lot of forum people do 5 on 2 off, some 2 on 1 off. I’m doing 2 on 2 off currently. Also, make sure you’re in good cardio shape!

Have constructed a Captain’s Wench for hanging.
Unfortunately the medium cable clamp seems to be sold out across Canada, so I went with a Cable Cuff from Home Depot. The medium is not large enough after I wrap and attach the hanger, and is barely large enough without the wrap and cuts off circulation very quickly.

Gonna swap for the large clamp and hopefully have better progress.

Swapped the medium clamp for the large.. Nearly too big now. Used more wrap and things seem to be good.

Did 10 min on/10 min off for 3 sets w 2.5 pounds. Glans was not nearly as cold as yesterday but still happened.
Do not feel any different/fatigue. Will do this for a few days to see if it builds up.

Also I’m wrapping with part of an old shirt as theraband is nearly impossible to find in Canada/Amazon CA.

My friend once joked (No one knows I do PE) "Girls want that coke can dick" and that’s all I can think about and can’t help but laugh. I feel like such an anomaly when I look at other’s stats.

Ah well. Length improvements to come. I never considered myself ‘big’ until I researched a lot on here and put my measurements into the size calculator at http://calcsd.bitballoon.com/ - when I realized my girth was large it made my entire year :)

Oh I also discovered this past week that regular trojan condoms are a tight squeeze.. A blessing and a curse at the same time, hahahahah!

This is my 3rd complete day of hanging with the wench at 2.5 pounds.

I don’t think it’s working in the sense that I still don’t feel fatigue or anything and the glans still gets cold/discoloured. (Worried about permanent damage!)

Would it be wise to increase the weight? Any other suggestions?

A lot of guys don’t really see too much gains from hanging until they get to about 10+ pounds, which you have to work up to slowly otherwise you’ll end up hurting yourself. Bib over on his site, and I’m sure on here if you search hard enough, has a schedule in which to ad more weight. It’s best to keep the same weight and ad sets first until you have maxed out the sets you’ll be able to set time aside for, then add weight slowly. When adding sets you don’t really want to be adding more than a set per routine per week and then when you add weight it works out to like half a pound a week. So if this week you do 2 on 1 off of 2 sets. Next week you do 2 on 1 off of 3 sets and so on. Same with the weight. Slow increase otherwise you’ll hurt yourself or overcondition yourself. Both of which results in no or minimal gains.

Personally I think you would have been better off continuing with the newbie routine which was working for you until you had exhausted the gains from that before moving on to something more intense like hanging, but that’s just my 2 cents.

I am indeed following the schedule, I just wasn’t sure if I was doing it right as I wasn’t feeling any different and was worried about the cold glans causing permanent damage (Very terrifying). Thanks for the clarification :)

Forgot to post the newbie routine has seemed to have stopped for me so that’s why I looked into this.
