I’ve used monkeybar’s xsleeve all day stretcher (ADS) for about 18 months. I like it.

The xsleeve is a long silicone sleeve with a small cap that covers the tip of your penis. You can wear it alone, or add a strap and rubber bands to apply light tension. When you order it, you get to choose how soft you want the silicone sleeve to be. I ordered two: “soft thick” and “medium”. The basic set costs about $50.

I found the “foot cord” which is shipped with the product to be useless. So I went to amazon and bought a simple knee brace, and tied rubber bands between the knee brace and the small cap on the end of the xsleeve. When I wanted more tension, I added a rubber band.

It does take some time to get used to wearing it. Every time you take it off and put it on you should check for tears on the ends of the silicone tube, and trim them off with a pair of scissors. Otherwise, the tear will get very large and ruin the silicone tube. Replacing them is expensive ($20 or so). The softer the silicone compound, the more likely it is to tear. The soft one tore after 6 weeks or so, and I am still using the medium one after 18 months.

I wore the “soft thick” tube at the start, since it was more comfortable. Now I only use the “medium” one. After you are conditioned, it is easy to wear it for hours on end, and can be worn under clothing without being too noticeable.

It is a pretty unique product. The theory behind an ADS is that it prevents your penis from turtling, and lets it heal between PE sessions in a stretched state. On its own, I don’t think it would give you any substantial gains. But if you use it as an extra step in a routine that includes exercises, hanging, or pumping, you might gain faster than you would without it.

I use a sleeve and a cap everyday ,they are good sleeves and weighted caps.Now I use a ab silicone sleeve and weighted caps. I usually where the sleeve and cap 4 to 6 hours a day.

I like the device. But if you wear it with some of his heavier metal weights it will sway and give the impression of an incredibly huge cock. Even when I was like 4” flaccid, the weight added close to 2 inches, the sleeve added a lot of girth if it was a thick one and it had a lot of pants movement.

So if you’re trying to show off or NOT trying to do so, beware the free weights.

I had the side effect of some slight numbing when wearing a weighted sleeve for too long. My penis would get cold after wearing it for more than 30 mins to 1 hour, like it was impacting circulation. It also will make imprint marks on the head. Have any of you dealt with these issues?

I did. Usually, they were mild and always vanished after an hour or two with the device off.

In your experience - is the AutoXleeve providing sufficient pull for an ADS?

It is no doubt extremely comfortable and easy to set up. More than can be said for most ADS systems I guess. But is it sufficient?

I’ve used it myself a lot in the past and it’s the only thing I’ve ever been able to wear comfortably for long periods of time.

Well, I finally decided to order a new one yesterday. That is, I ordered two replacement sleeves. I have the original 14 oz (?) cap. It’s roughly 400 grams. I hope and think it’s sufficient pull for what I want to accomplish.

I’ll rather add something with more pull later, but for me it’s only meant to be supplemental to my hanging routine.

I’ve been using this for two weeks or so now after getting replacement sleeves and I love it! It’s by far the most comfortable ADS I’ve used and it’s super easy to put both on/off. With a little practice, it’s done in virtually 5 seconds off and 5-10 seconds on.

It’s far too bulky to wear out of the house for my taste, unless you like people to think you have a monster dick. I don’t. And I wear skinny jeans. If you don’t care or wear baggy jeans, it will work great.

The heaviest cap, which I use, is just below 500 grams, so maybe a little less than ideal for an ADS, but certainly better than nothing. It does keep my penis pretty well stretched out. Tonight, I made a little modification and actually added 200 grams by attaching some weight with a clamp. I will try to increase this even further.

If I can add in say 2-3 hours at 500-800 grams of pull in addition to hanging, I’m sure it can’t hurt. :)

I strongly believe in the Xleeve. At least if you can wear it for some time with the weighted cap. Simply avoiding the turtle effect should be a great addition.

Sadly, I’m not able to use it as much as I’d like since I wear skinny jeans and I’m not so much at home. And when I am, I tend to try hanging instead. But it feels really good when I can finish of a hanging session with a few hours in the Xleeve to maintain a stretch.

I wear a knee brace with the xsleeve. I tie a few rubber bands to the knee brace, and attach them with a hook to the xsleeve cap. I usually cover the xsleeve with the top of an old sock, so it doesn’t bind against my leg when I walk. If I want more tension on the xsleeve I add a rubber band.

But I don’t recommend wearing it when you go through airport security. Did that once, and they pulled me aside for additional screening to check out a “groin anomaly”. Won’t do that again. I think they must have thought I was Titleist. :)

Hey guys. I’ve had my suspensatory
Ligaments cut and have been instructed to use the Autoxsleeve extender. I found that using adult toy silicone renewal powder helps with comfort. However, after about an hour of wearing it, my penis starts to go numb and the base starts hurting. What should I do?

What does your doctor say about your situation?

I’d suggest taking it off for a light massage/firegoat roll session. Use the search function to learn about firegoat rolls.
