How wide are the rollers ?

I understand. I came across another legit website that sells the LG hanger, it’s this one . It’s sponsored by Dr Richard Howard, a leading expert about PE ( I guess you know him). The LG Hanger costs 365$ including delivery so it’s cheaper but I think some of the items in the LG hanger package on his website are outdated?

The main differences I noticed were you offer a silicon sleeve, a replacement sleeve, tender tape & waterproof tape, 10 lbs weight with arbor, instruction pamphlet whereas on mypenisdoctor. Com they offer only 3lbs of weight ( compared to 10 lbs), wrapping tape ( outdated & old compared to the improved tender/waterproof tape), no replacement silicone sleeve & the instruction manual via PDF file. But it is cheaper compared to the full package on lghangerllc. Com which costs 440$ plus shipping abroad.

So without being biased, how come the LG hanger is cheaper on the other website? Is it an outdated/old version of the LG hanger?

Rollers are 4” long and have a 1 5/16” outside diameter. The wall thickness of the silicon rubber is 5/16” - same durometer as the LGH sleeves and girth bands.

I hopefully will have the first few prototypes in a month. I still have some work to do, programming the tool paths for the cutting tools. Build a holding fixture for the second operation backside for the arms so that I can hold them while I deck off the excess material I will be holding onto to make the outside profile.
Once I have totaled up all the material costs along with machine run time, and assembly I will have a better idea of cost. I’ve got a ballpark idea, but I’m reluctant to share that at this point until I’ve got everything nailed down with machine run times. Those scissor arms and roller cores will be made from T-6061 aluminum barstock, and unfortunately raw material costs are fluctuating due to tariff battles.

The other website has not been updated and we no longer make the single 3 lb weight. The price for raw material weight just kept going up, and the labor to saw the material into pieces, machine / face each and drill and tap a hole for the hook, along with the cost of paint and time to paint was too time consuming. So we went to an aluminum arbor and offer ten pounds of cast iron plate weight, which we buy in quantity.

Manufacturing process is up and running on the new LGH Jelq Roller design. Cutting metal today for the first 25 prototype sets!

Very much appreciate the compliment! I’ve spent countless hours engineering to make sure everything works the right way. At least 50 hours of machine time making roller molds and another 50+ hours machining roller cores and scissor arms. I still need to get the arms black anodized and assemble the first 25 prototype units. I’ll keep two or three for testing (make two available to guys I know that have significant PE experience at my net cost). Put the remainder up for sale once we get a user video made and post some photos on our website & blog.

It’s my hope that guys will recognize that this piece of PE equipment is for guys who take their PE seriously! There’s no flimsy injection molded plastic, all the components are T-6061 aluminum, 303 stainless steel and medical grade silicon rubber. This device will be rigid and strong enough to generate a good squeeze, pull & twist! A great follow up to any hang or pump session that will enhance length and girth!

I particularly like the small chamfer round the edges, nice attention to detail.

I am new to hanging but not new to PE..

I purchased the LG recently and have been hanging 5 pounds for 30 mins morning and evening. Everything is going well. My EQ has improved greatly since leaving the extender and pump and going to hanging with the LG and manual stretches exclusively . I am doing BTC

Now and have read conflicting advice as to what angles to hang as a beginner. Should I stick with BTC for 6 months as some suggest or should I add sets of OTS ,SD and other angles as others suggest. Thanks for the help

Hang btc 2 months minimum. Afterwards you can either stick with btc until your gains stall or move on to a different angle to target your tunica more. There are lots of threads that cover this on here and other forums. Bib has sound advice for hanging, look him up. Do your due diligence.

I recommend keeping things simple. The SD (straight down) angle is the most practical and beneficial. You can do other angles with your post hang hand stretches.
The compression clampers have numerous theories and gymnastic hanging routines. They are NOT applicable or necessary with the LG Hanger. As you progress in your hanging experience you can implement them if you desire, but in my opinion going with other advanced exercises like the Fulcrum and Bundle will not only be easier to do, but will also produce results without having to use heavier weights or rig up weird pulley systems.

Have the aluminum arms coming back from anodizing later this week. Put one prototype together and have been testing it out…. really enjoy how it feels following a hang or pump session!
