PE Stats |
The PE stats system stores your measurements, health data and PE routines. Refresh your knowledge on how to measure your penis before you begin. It covers some of the abbreviations you'll see. In preferences, accessible from the menu, you can set your preferred unit type from US Customary and metric and whether you want the data shown with fractions. This affects the display and the inputs. You can also set your birth year, which will be used in the future for age dependent calculations and your height which is used to calculate BMI when you enter weights in the health section. Prefill is used to fill forms with last time's stats, so you just have to edit what has changed. You can add many sets of stats a day, when you add the time. If you do this, graphs use the first set from each day. When you write in measurements, the system expects you to use the normal measurement types for the kind of thing you are recording. The symbol for the type of measurement will be shown. You can mix and match by adding a different symbol for the measurement. For example, if you are used to using inches but only know your height in metres, then set US Customary in preferences and add an 'm' to your height measurement when you type it. The system understands feet and inches, so 5' 10" or 1.78m mean the same thing. You can use fractions, when you input so 5 3/4 is the same as 5.75. The fractions are designed to work best with US Customary units. It won't work with top heavy fractions like 8/4. There are many possible types of measurement, if you click on More Inputs, you'll see the ones you aren't using right now. It's possible that you'll want to record a type of measurement that isn't covered. If so, let us know. There might even be a category of things other than PE and health stats that you think it would be good to add. Sleep, exercise, caffeine, water etc.. are per day. So if you exercise 3 times a week for 2.5 hours, you need to convert that to a daily figure of 1.07 or just record 1. Caffeine intake is measured in milligrams (mg). Caffeine levels vary so much that it can be hard to figure out how much you are taking in. Caffeine Content of Selected Foods, Drinks, and Drugs can help. To simplify that an 8 fl. oz. cup of drip or filter coffee is around 65-120 mg, a cup of tea is roughly 30-80mg. The FDA limit for a 12 oz. coke style drink is 71mg but most are between 50-60mg. Red Bull is 80mg in a smaller size of 8.4 fl. oz. If you add what you actually drank in the Other section of Health and it's caffeine content, it might be easier to work out next time. You can add as many routines as you want with the add routine button. A routine thread is is great for feedback and for sharing your knowledge and integrates nicely when you view the routine. You can copy other people's routines using the clone button or use one of the predefined routines. Once you have a routine, add a period of use. When you switch routines or if you run two routines together, you can record this. When you start a routine thread in Progress Reports or Progress Reports and Pictures, you can edit the first post as often as you need to fine tune the routine. With all the long form text boxes, you can use bbcode to make the information more readable, just like when you are posting. In your normal settings, you can choose to share your PE stats or not. Sharing is the default when you start. If you choose not to share, anonymized measurement data will still be shared in the analysis section. US Customary and Imperial measurement systems are not the same. There are 1.0408423 Imperial fl. oz. in 1 US fl. oz. There are other differences but you shouldn't hit them. Users of the previous stats system input a lot of health values in ranges. The data was imported using the centre of the range and in the case of weight an average height was also saved to make BMI work. The health section should be checked for accuracy and corrected as needed. Routines didn't have a date on them, so they were assumed to be from the start and ongoing. Edit your routine periods to change this. |
