A few drops of blood came out of my penis today while doing some dry jelq / Ulis. I did a 5 minute hot wrap then about 1 minute into my routine I noticed the blood. I immediately stopped and will be taking at least a week off to let whatever is causing it to heal.

I started a pretty intense routine last week (jelq / Uli / Horse / bend girth supersets) and I guess it was just a little too much for my dick to handle, which really sucks since I havn’t been gaining from less intense routines. I’ve been slowly increasing the intensity of my routine in an effort to make some gains, but apparently I havn’t been increasing slowly enough.

Interestingly, today is the first day I’ve done any form of stretching. I wonder if this could have anything to do with it.

Hey BB, I remember reading somewhere that since the urethra is not completely flat on the inner lining (has bumps and such), that it’s not too uncommon for one of the bumps to scrape the lining on the other side any time the penis is squeezed. You are definitely doing the right thing in taking some time off for precaution, but try not to let yourself get worked up over it. Here’s to a speedy recovery.

This is me in case you ever want to know what kind of psycho you're dealing with.

A couple drops is scary, but if its more see a doctor. Could be the kidneys. Do you play sports? I know my friends was playing soccer and got a cleat in the back, which scraped him, normal scrape. After the game some drops of blood came out, ended of damaging his kidney a little. Dont mean to scare you, just a precaution. Im in PRE-MED, I get that way, sorry!

Good idea. A week should be enough time for it to heal up. Just make sure to ease back into your routine when you start back up. Good luck, BB!

Better take a week’s rest. I had this problem about a month ago. I kept taking my regular off days (3 days/week) as rest. But 3 days was not enough to heal it fully. Then I too a whole week off, it was fine after that.
