Bruising from jelq- how long until it fades

I have been on and off jelqing for almost 3 years now. I use an ads. For the first time I jelqed and I think for some reason I was too aroused so my penis was too hard. Anyways I got a huge huge bruise as my veins on my penis were already bulging. The thing looks black as of yesterday and looks awful. I am going to stop jelqing until it clears up but how long until it has for those of you with bruises.

I have a date with a girl very soon that lets just say looks promising lol

This is probably not a bruise as such, which is lots of burst capillaries in a confined area, but rather a single breach of a vein wall in a particular place. This can take a couple of weeks to look normal and it may have an added disadvantage of providing you with a weak spot for the future. So, take a minimum of two weeks off and see how it looks.

I get them very rarely (single breach of vein wall as mem said above) but did get one just over a week ago. Only a fairly minor one. After 5 days it looked fine. I left it for 8 days then did some very light jelqing yesterday keeping a close eye on the area. It wasn’t ready for light jelqs and started to show again after about 70, so I stopped straight away.

Last time I had a bad one (larger vein) it took 3 weeks to look normal and it was a couple of months before I could PE again properly. Even then I had to build up pressure very slowly over time.

Do you think the reason it happened was because I was too hard. I’ve never had this happen before. Anyway to speed up healing. I’d prefer to have sex sometime soon lol

In your case you may well have been too hard. In my case I caused it by clamping after I’d already thoroughly tired the tissues out by 3 days of high volume PE - I was having a bit of a jelq fest and doing about 100 jelqs every hour or so; not something I’d recommend, but I have to try things out so I can respond when folk ask if a certain approach is useful or not.

I find gentle massaging (emphasis on gentle) helps speed the healing.

Maybe. Doesn’t matter, you need to take the time off. Hopefully it won’t them become a permanent problem.

Just treat your penis with care and wait! The more you mess around with it, the more chance it will do the same thing again because it’s weak and hasn’t had time to heal.
