Can't Pump, Jelq, Vacuum Hang, or Clamp Without Clotted or Thrombosed Veins

Can't Pump, Jelq, Vacuum Hang, or Clamp Without Clotted or Thrombosed Veins

About 3 weeks ago, I developed a lymphatic vein blood clot by clamping with high IR heat. I usually clamp/jelq for around 35 minutes to one hour. I did the same time frame but with heat. At the end of the session, I noticed I had some swelling at the base of the glans below the skin. It was still less than I have had when pumping, so I ignored it.

Little did I know, I had also caused a small vein to swell up quite massively. There were absolutely zero symptoms associated with this, and I only noticed the following morning. No pain or discoloration at all. Essentially, a vein that runs from the top of the shaft over to the side and into the glans had swollen way up. It had a rubber band texture, and did not feel like a vein at all. I believe it was completely clotted, about 1” of vein length while flaccid.

I went to free third party urgent care. A nurse told me it was likely a cyst which I immediately knew was not true. I went to see an actual doctor at a hospital urgent care. He told me because there was no pain or discomfort, there’s very likely nothing wrong. He told me problematic thrombosed veins are usually associated with high levels of sensitivity and pain. He correctly recognized it was a clotted vein, and recommended I take ibuprofen, which took care of the clot quite quickly.

Fast forward to today. I decided to have a go with a vacuum cup I bought recently. Everything went as expected during the session, good stretch and no discomfort at all. I did not use heat. However, at the end, those SAME veins that clotted almost a month ago had clotted again, and in exactly the same way. No swelling under the skin, just those veins clotted, with the same rubbery feel.

No symptoms at all. No ache, no coldness, no pain, no discoloration. I believe the doctor was correct in that the veins are drain/lymphatic, and because they’re not blood pressurized, it’s not a huge deal if they’re temporarily clotted. But it’s concerning how they clotted so quickly again with just vacuum hanging. The clot has already completely disappeared. I rubbed the veins for 5-10 minutes and took a shower, which cured the clots.

Have any other users on this sub experienced similar symptoms? Do you know how to heal and prevent the clots? I had to take photos for medical, and I will post pictures if it is requested.

It seems all I can do now are bundled manuals.

That would probably be your core problem. That’s an extremely long time in the clamp.

I managed to clog a vein too. It will briefly re-clog with pumping or hanging now. My theory is, after you’ve injured it once, it’s prone to recurrence.

That’s what I do. I figured since it cleared up quickly and didn’t seem to be getting worse over time, I’d just ignore it and carry on.

My recommendation would be to take a four to six week deconditioning break and restart. And I’d cut the time in the clamp way down.

Sounds like a good idea. I’m glad you were able to get it figured out, that’s reassuring. I’ve made some good girth gains so I might as well do a field test LOL.

Is it okay to do 100% flaccid manual stretches?

NSFW Enlarged Vein - Clots

A while ago, I made a post detailing how I developed an enlarged lymphatic vein.

It has been some time, and this vein has not shrunk down or reduced in size. I still get normal functionality, and can perform sexually without any clots. However, I cannot do any sort of girth work without it clotting again, and becoming big and feeling like a rubber band. This is quite easy to drain, but I want the vein to return to its normal self.

Has anyone experienced this, and what did they do to get it to return to its original size? Note, I believe the vessel shown is actually not the 1mm vein, but a deeper vein under the skin that happens to just line up with the 1mm vein in the attached photo.
