I do feel that avoiding sitting does help, I have been doing so for the past week. I have also been ejaculating once every three days and drinking lots of water. It has kept my flaccid much less firm thankfully.

I’ve started taking Ginkgo Biloba again and have severly cut back on smoking. My EQ was up from not smoking which was great. However got drunk/shit faced a few days in a row and my FF and disfunctional penis is bad.

I also found out from when my FF was gone that a warm-up before masturbation really helps with EQ and prevents FF from setting in after masturbation.

I am going to give the Ginkgo a few weeks along with reduced smoking (hopefully none) a try and see what happens. If nothing good comes of it, then I will have to get some ED meds and give them a try.

I am also going to maybe get into light PE again. I am thinking fowfers and very light jelqing to see if EQ improves as a result. I will do nothing to further ruin myself, but I figure it is worth a try at this point.

HEy guys lil update here;

So I’ve had this issue for months but generally it’s not very bad and I can get good erections so it doesnt bother me that much.. But every once in a while the bad firm flaccid comes back.. Sometimes just for an afternoon, somteimes a couples days, but thankfully it always seems to go back to the average not so bad condition..

Just happened agian, but I didnt do anytinhg,, didnt even touch my dick, but I smoked a bunch of pot, and was sitting still for a while, noticed the firm/hard flaccid come back a bit which leads to obcessing and checking it etc.. Which I’ve learned always makes it worse,

So to me, for me anyway, it seems I have this tendency, and it can be triggered by anxiety/fear/possibly other stressors.. I think it may just be some fibrosis on the tunica, and then when the dick gets tiny due to stressors, all the fibers get compressed really small, and so it causes the firmness..

I was also feeling pretty dehydrated when it came back this time, and I remember being pretty dehydrated before when it happened agian..

I think it’s important to stay well hydrated, un-stressed and sleeping/eating well to help this condition.. I think dehydration stresses your body and also reduces the blood volume which could cause less circulation/filling of the penis..

Staying calm though, and it seems likes it’s almost back to normal (not so bad firm) again.. It’s just a struggle to stay calm mentally when it comes back, but I’ve learned now, if you stay totally calm and try not tho tihnk about it, and STOP checking it and feeling it and seeing how bendy it is and how firm it is.. It normally gets better (to some degree) on it’s own.

Hey guys, another update here.

I have been on the Ginkgo Biloba for 16 days now. I just now noticed increased hardness in my erection. I will probably increase the dosage and continue taking it to see if the results exist or are even from the Gingko and not just a good dad.

Warm ups and the occasional light jelqing really seem to help so far also.

I will be getting the ED meds soon hopefully, and will probably set up the PO box tomorrow.

I have this problem sometimes. ( I think I’ll repost this in my thread as well).

Some things I’ve done to create bloodflow and healing to the penis was inspired by 2 things—heat, anti-circ sites mentioning foreskin is like an eyelid for your penis and it must remain moist like an eye, and ManHood penis cover.

The following is what I have done as “penile healing therapy”
-wonder warmer (caution very hot, used papertowel as barrier (a cheap alternative is a sock with rice inside-heated in microwave). This creates bloodflow, bloodflow=oxgen=healing=health.
-silicone band (wrapped around penis w/ mederma, coconut oil, or a good lubricant) works as a foreskin FOR you foreskin and helps with regenerating skin cells, keeps glans moist as it “should be”.
-alternative to silicone band: a condom. Moisturize penis w/ oil, med, or lub (also condoms are more common to have laying around)

My circumcision scar is healing better and feeling smoother, overall this therapy is a good start. Try it and let me know what everyone thinks.

Another healthy habit is jelqing, and possibly/occasionally take ED meds (cialis) works great (note: Ed drugs r expensive, if anyone knows a contact for cheaper legitimate meds please share).

Finally managed to cut out porn, masturbation for about a week. Been doing occasional hot wraps, and hard flaccid is rare now, also getting relatively decent random erections unlike before.
Still early days, so going to continue giving my unit a rest for atleast a month.

Let me just stress I have no problem with the hard flaccid, it’s just the fact my erections die when I stop stimulating and this wouldn’t be sufficient for sex whatsoever. So wether the hardflaccid & poor eq are related, I don’t know.

It been 28 days on Gingko Biloba with no improvement. Supplements will not fix this.

I have been doing a very ligh PE routine, however I am unsure if it is helping or hurting at this moment.

The ED meds will be hear any day. I hope to god that they work, as if they do not then I have no clue what my next step is.



On a different note, I have been looking into the causes of ED. I am a smoker, and I havent been able to quit for more than a week over 1.5yrs which is the same amount of time that I have had ED.

I also looked up thyroid problems, and I have many of the symptoms of hyperthyroidism. This condition can also cause ED.

But this is all just another guess.

I had a thing kind of firm flaccid and now I’m good! I’ve leave it alone for about 4-5 months , no PE or any exercises just sex with my girl! I’ve also went to gym, got a lot of supplements and amino-acids ,fish oil! I don’t know if that helped! So my opinion is even you leave it alone until you ar 100% recovered or you go to a doctor and he can make you some injections that will lose it up, the ligs and other stuff! I don’t know what injections exactly so don’t ask me!

Michael, I’ve basically done that. The only un-healthy thing I’ve done is smoking. I’ve been on lots of supplements, eated healthy, ect. I don’t think this is something that will go away with time unfortunatly.

I’m going to just start typing about whats on my mind right now reguarding this.

I have been hanging out with this girl lately. Doing lots of making out and all the things besides sex as I know what will happen if I try. During the hours weve spent together, I’ve been semi erect the entire time basically. After these occasions my penis burns like its inflammed and I will get really poor erections following. I cannot decide if the poorer than usual erections are a result of the “tense muscle” possibility and my PC muscles are tired and do not allow me to get a good erection which would indicate the tense pelvic muscles theory. I doubt this is it.

Or perhapes its the irritation to my penis(for being semi-erect or more for 4+ hours at a time) hence the inflammed feeling which is causing poor smooth muscle contration resulting in poor erections which could indicate something else. I have tryed some light PE, and my EQ is poorer after that too. I also haven’t had any morning wood for the past week and a half.

If these ED meds do not help me out, I think its time to give a Uroligist a call. I am hoping I can call somewhere and find a caring Uro that will at least talk to me about my situation and get his take or opinion. If he would talk to me in person or look at my unit for free, or the exam is only a couple hundred that would be great. I really cannot afford much more than a couple hundred at the moment.

I’m getting to the point where this is ruining my quality of life. I have a girl that I could literally have sex with as much as I wanted whenever I wanted, but I wont and she is getting very frustrated as to why I won’t. I can forsee this as being the rest of my life and ruining any chance of me having a meaningful relationship or enjoying my youth.

I was starting to fear the end is near until recently. After being depressed about my unit for about 3 years and experiencing nothing but failure I’m finally seeing something positive.

I stopped watching porn completely, and stopped masturbating ( for now ) and I’ve been doing this for about a week and a half. I’ve been doing hot wraps when I can, and taking tribulus.
Generally my unit is more relaxed and rarely hard flaccid ( except when weight training ) and my erections have gone way up, they haven’t been this good for literally 4 years.
Any sexual thought will get me atleast semi, I had a random erection the other day which didnt go down for like 2 minutes, and even then it went down really slowly ! I literally could not believe what I was seeing !! Morning erections are getting better, I.e not going down as quick and are harder than semi’s.

As aposed to before where I would lose all feeling in my unit and the erection would die down unless I tortured it with constant hard stimulation and porn, and my random erections would be very very rare and would only be semi’s. Hence why I started shitting myself thinking I had a venous leak !

I really hope this is coming to the end of my problems, but I will continue doing this for about another 8 weeks atleast, to see if the results improve - and if they do, I am A) never watching porn again B) limiting masturbation severely, to light sessions only when I get a random erection.
