Glans injury - Help
Hi all,
First of all, I would appreciate if this thread could be moved to the injury section since I can not post there due to my newbie status. I wished I never had to write an injury report but there it is. I started PE’ing around 2-3 weeks ago. I started with the Newbie method (5min warm-up, 5min stretching, 10min jelqing, 5 min warm down). I injured myself last Friday in my PE session. I posted last week a thread about my insecurity regarding my foreskin while doing stretches and jelqs (for your reference: Is my foreskin stopping me from PE?). I think I injured myself while doing the manual stretches. I had problems with the grip and even though I tried to stretch a bit under the glans with the pull movement I eventually ended up holding right under the glans and using it as a resistance. I know this is very dangerous, but it happened. The first sessions I didn’t know about that, when I tried to change the grip in the session where the injury happened it still ended in this position. During the session and after the session I had no pain/bad feeling whatsoever. The next day should have been day two in my 2 day on - 2 off scheme. However I found my dick to be flabby and smaller than usual so I told myself to give it a rest. The next day the dick was still flabby, so during the afternoon I got the demand to masturbate to see if everything is alright. I masturbated successfully and without pain, EQ as usual, it just needed more time to get him erect. So far so good, then in the evening I started to have aches in the penis. The feeling is hard to describe, it felt like I couldn’t urinate, however it worked without problems and without pain. The ache was quite uncomfortable, so I couldn’t really sleep this night and I read a lot of injury stories which frighted me more. I also read more about venous and nervous injuries, which frightens me so much. During the night I masturbated again to see if it still works. It did, however the EQ was lower than usual. I also got another slight (unintentional) boner later that night when I randomly thought about a situation with a girl.
The next day (Monday) I had the whole time this ache in my dick, like not able to take a piss what still was no problem. The next day I was snoozing a few times in the morning and woke up regularly with an erected penis (but not that hard as usual, might also be an effect of delayed time between erection max and me waking up). I took this as a good sign and the ache was away as well, but I still had a strange feeling in my dick.
The night from yesterday to today I woke up twice with a boner (again not really hard). During the day the ache came back for 1-2 hours, I took L-Carnitin before since I thought that could help with the blood and the recovery (I can’t find another thing which I specifically did). The ache stopped very soon though, and now I’m still back with the strange feeling in my dick. The dick itself is turtleing at the moment. There is no discoloration at the glans (maybe slightly purple around the bottom of the glans). The glans itself is not numb, it’s still sensitive when I touch it, it’s not painful to touch it either, maybe a little bit uncomfortable. It just a strange feeling inside my dick.
Since I’m preparing for an exam on Friday, I was a bit distracted these days which was good, however in the nights the bad thoughts come to my mind. I also went to the gym twice, however it might not be a good idea, since I lift heavy (Deadlifts, Benchpress, Leg Press etc.) and this stresses the central nervous system, so I think I will take a break there as well.
From all the injury threads I read I saw that in similar cases there was no other possibility than just to wait. I’m really afraid that something bad happened to me, I really hope I will be fine. I consider seeing an urologist soon after my exam, however I think I just have to wait and hope. I try to eat very healthy, get enough sleep, don’t stress myself, don’t masturbate/PE/whatever. I did some warming with a washcloth as well.
Other information to my person:
24 years old
Sporty
Non-smoker
Normal weight, eating mostly healthy
Low alcohol consumption, no drugs, no medication
No anxiety, depression whatsoever
Is there anything I can do more? Do you have an idea what it could be/how bad it is? I didn’t find the exactly same case in my search so I hope you can help me. I would be really thankful for your help.
