Hi guys,
I’m a newbie here and I’m in my second week of the Newbie Routine. I discovered PE years ago, tried it for maybe 3 or 4 sessions, then decided to stop due to the high time consumption. Well, I want to give it a new shot. So far everything went well, but I’m insecure about the exercises due to my foreskin. I’m uncut and my foreskin is quite large - even when fully erect my glans is covered, only a little “hole” is not covered where I theoretically can ejaculate through without the need of pulling back my foreskin. Regarding the pulling back of the foreskin comes my first question.

1. When I’m fully erected I can pull the foreskin behind the glans without problems. However, since the foreskin is long it’s becoming like a ring of skin right under the glans. For sex this does not cause any problems. Regarding the wet jelqs I’m doing, I’m not sure if this is okay or not. I’m doing them on 50% EQ, but the “skin ring” is of course as well present. I had no problems so far at least. Are there any people with a longer foreskin as well that can tell me if this is okay? Or is it necessary to have a complete even skin at the penis? I couldn’t do that, if I try to pull more the pressure for the frenulum increases and it bends the cock in the direction of the frenulum.

2. Regarding the stretches I watched some video where they did it with foreskin on the glans. I heard that this is causing lengthening the skin, but not the ligaments (even though I felt the stretch quite good there). The thing is, if I pull back the foreskin for the stretches I can’t really build up the force for the stretch since after a few seconds the pulled back foreskin pushes over the glans including my fingers. I tried to hold more far away from the glans but eventually it happens again. Am I missing grip or what’s the problem here? After all, I really want to stretch the ligs and not the skin, since then my problems get worse and worse. I already tried to pull back the skin with my second hand. But firstly, this causes a bad feeling for the skin between the two hands (gets stretched in different directions) and secondly, the hand doing the stretch needs to pull stronger and eventually the skin covers the glans again due to the stronger pull. I’m really jealous how easy the methods appear for the cut guys.

I hope you can consult me on this issue, would really appreciate. At the moment I can’t really proceed with this unsolved problems.

I just let the foreskin cover the glans and do everything like that and I havent noticed my foreskin getting any longer

By the strong pull I need to do to stretch the ligs the foreskin gets pulled over the glans again. If I hold the skin back with the same force, then I stretch the part between the two hands, but have no pressure on the ligs since the hand holding back the skin is taking away the stretch. It’s strange that I can’t find any videos from uncut members, all the tutorials I find are from circumcised people.

I jelq with the foreskin over my glans. I haven’t noticed any real change in length. However, having a mushroom head that I do, I have noticed it is easier to slide my foreskin over my glans… which is a plus for me.

Also, if your penis is growing, a little extra foreskin length to keep up with your new size can’t wrong. ;)

How about the stretching? Do you do the stretches as well with the foreskin over the glans? I just can’t do a proper stretch with pulled back foreskin.

Do you also get this kind of skin ring behind the glans when you pull back your foreskin? I’m thinking about doing only jelqs at the moment, get some jelq gains and hopefully fill the excess of skin with some meat. If this works, then I might have no “skin ring” anymore and could do the stretches with pulled back skin. With skin over the glans I just fear that I will further extend the skin.

Ayala, you just need to hold the skin back, not the shaft. I’m not circumcised. I get that your foreskin is longer and tend to cover the head even while fully erect, but it should require minimal force to keep it away, especially in flaccid stretched state. Try different grips, normal, reverse, before the corona, and after. Most importantly, don’t panic.

Yes, I also stretch with the foreskin over my glans. I do what ever feels comfortable. I think getting a good grip, without using your glans as an anchor, is a more important thing to worry about.

You are more than likely to get some loose skin on your shaft, and if you get really serious, run the risk of discolouration. These are just some of the side effects that could arise in the journey to a bigger penis.

The ring around my glans…. >skygod drops his pants in the interest of science<… it would appear that I do. Not something I’ve ever worried about… I guess because it’s probably normal, since your foreskin has to go somewhere. :)

The loose skin is not something I notice, and goes away when I have a plum flaccid, or an erection.

I would suggest you follow the newbie routine, and not worry too much about something that sounds rather normal… and stretches are an important part of that routine. :)

Just to add (in case I’ve scared you away), I only got the loose skin & discolouration when I started pumping. And not everyone gets these issues.

Now, since the newbie routine is just a step up from masturbation, you shouldn’t suffer from any of these side effects. In fact, you should only see positive indicators, e.g. increase size, and improved EQ.

So don’t worry, be happy. :)

What’s wrong with using the base of the glans as the anchor for stretching?

I’m uncut and that’s what I use (newbie here)……can’t figure out any other way to stretch the ligs? Allowing the foreskin to cover the glans and pulling from the foreskin just feels like I’m pulling the skin. No lig stretch at all….

I do PE normally as if my foreskin wasn’t even there. Grab it along with my glans for stretching, squeeze it with my jelqs. Its even better with it, I tried stretching retracting it and grabbing behind the naked glans alone, it pinches. I don’t know how cut people do it!
