This sounds a lot like the boat I am in. I am able to get a pretty good erection, but I really have to work at it. I wouldn’t be too worried just yet. Give it a little while with absolutely no PE work, and see if it improves. I would recommend at least two or three weeks off. The inconsistent erections and periodic loss of feeling makes me think that you may have pinched or disrupted a nerve. I would recommend some thorough massages while flaccid but beyond that don’t put your member under any strain.

That is ever the danger with this hobby. There’s no particular technique that I recommend for massaging, just work it around gently to make sure that you’re keeping good blood flow. Also good to feel around for anything unusual in the internal structure. Painful spots, lumps, hard areas etc. You might also consider applying heat. I would recommend doing so if/when you resume your PE routine as well. I have been using a rice sock to keep him warm and comfortable, and was doing so before any PE exercise. Luckily everything feels normal as far as lumps/bumps. Wife just started her period, so I’m safe for the week ;) . Thanks for the comforting advise. I’ll keep you guys posted.

Guess who finally showed up to part. My dick! I have been using a rice sock and making sure to keep the glands and shaft moisturized with hand lotion and vitamin e. Yesterday I gave it a little rub and it just felt to good to stop. It was still a bit hard to maintain the erection, but it popped up pretty quick and the sensation definitely improved. It had its period of getting a little lazy and then getting very rigid. We are approaching a week since injury, so I’m not going to complain to much about the inconsistency. Today I repeated this test to see if any more feeling had comeback. Pinching off the flow of urine hurt like it should, with that kind of burning/stabbing pain you get when doing so. We are on our way!

Well here we are at about a month from injury and I think I am on the way to fully recovering. Although I am still having issues climaxing during sex. What I have been doing up until seeing the doctor was taking Ginko Biloba and B12 (both are supposed to support nerve growth/health), along with keeping a warm rice sock on for about 2 hours a day. We are going to meet a gain in 3-4 weeks to see how everything is going.

My advise to newbies would be TAKE IT SLOW. Even though its echoed all over this forum, its very easy to let a small gain take over your judgement and try to push harder. Take it slow, heed every piece of advise when it comes to taking it slow and watching your PI.
