I never had any pain before the injury to explode…I would like here to provoke here…just a little…the opinions and recommendations of “BigAl”, the CEO of Pegym (a BUSINESS fully based on PE) are based in what? Science? Or what?
For example, if I am injurying my nerves, and doing PE, what is the point in rest some days or not? When you are back to PE you are just starting to stretch and damage them again. The rest time means nothing in these cases.
You are injurying…so you stop to injury…so you start to injury again…this is progressive and at some time everything explodes..
So, to rest could be recommended, but actually means nothing If you are damaging your body…you até only postponing the injury, nothing else.
Got it. Partially agree with you, body heals. Even brain damage heals (much slower than liver, but heals). I’m trying to find a pattern on your case. Trying to understand how it happened. Is it avoidable? How can we know?
If I understood right, you simply start to feel pain in a specific day and then your life was up side down. Zero indicators of injury. Perfect EQ one day, zero EQ next day. Gameover just like that.
I’m not provoking you nor challenging you. Don’t want to stress you anyhow. If you say it came from nowhere, just happened, I believe. I’m seriously looking for safety. But if you say that your EQ where not good for a while, that you were not having morning woods that week, or you didn’t pay attention to it, maybe we all can learn from your experience.
If you had any negative PI and got a permanent injury, it’s alarming.
I kindly ask you to think about the days previous the injury. Any negative indicator, like lesser erection quality, any kind of pain… Nothing? If it’s the case, I understand.
Don’t get me wrong here. Wish you better days.
