Hard parts? It may be fibrosis. Check the firm flaccid thread, and thoroughly. And try not let it get to your head.

Leave it alone and stop reading injury threads. Let the pro give you an accurate diagnosis.

I'm a big fan of 50 Cent, or as we call him in Zimbabwe, four hundred million dollars.

Vitamin E, and lots of it ;)

The normal erection process:

1. Something turns you on.
2. The smooth muscle relaxes and blood flows into the penis.
3. When the smooth muscle is completely relaxed, it presses against the tunica and cuts off the veins that take blood out of your penis, as in figure 2.
4. An erection occurs

So, when a penis is flaccid, the smooth muscle is contracted. When the penis is erect, the smooth muscle is completely relaxed and pushing on the tunica.

What I’m guessing is happening in my case and yours, is the smooth muscle is contracting when the penis is erect because of scar tissue/plaque ( thus not holding the blood in )
This means by curing the scar tissue, erections will continue as normal. Meaning we don’t actually have a venous leak, but just the symptoms of a venous leak !

I wonder if a hard flaccid is caused by damage to the blood vessels from advanced glycation end products (AGEs)? If it is, I guess l-carnosine may help clear some away, and vitamin D3 can help prevent them.

Taking flavonoids like pine park extract, grape seed extract, and pomegranate, along with some l-arginine can help with blood vessel function.

I think we should all stop telling him how to fix a problem when we don’t even know what the cause is.

Personally, I would like treatment options in case it doesn’t get better on its own. I bet not many urologists know about ‘natural’ supplements because most of them aren’t trained in anything other than medicine.

And others aren’t trained in anything at all. I subscribe TS’ opinion.

He’s at the end of his rope. I say here’s another one.

No he isn’t. He is waiting to visit a specialist who will be able to give him a lot more information, most importantly a physical evaluation of the organ in question, a possible diagnosis and then possible treatment options. That is not being ‘at the end of his rope’ at all.

See a doctor, give your dick some rest. It could be because of over training. It could be because of scar tissue. It could be psychological. You don’t have a disorder until you are told that you have it. Don’t assume the worst case scenario and keep us posted.

Even if it is venous leakage, some guys have started trying some kind of radiology method. I think it was an Australian doctor that did it. Do a search on venous leakage. It is not the end of the world.

I was confused when he wrote, ‘I want to die’ :p
