Based on what you’re saying I would IMMEDIATELY begin treating with HEAT (warm, not hot) and regular (2x) per day massages with warm (not hot) olive oil and flax oil. It would probably also be of use to clean up your diet, make sure you are getting enough water, decrease (or eliminate) alcohol and cigarettes and any other drugs you may do.
Then, after your body has absorbed the oil from the massages, make a POULTICE of wheat grass (i.e. wrap your cock in sterile gauze that has been saturated with wheat grass juice) and leave this on.
