Is this a scar from hanging?

When it comes to PE, I’ve done everything short of pumping. I’ve clamped, manual stretched, manual girth, hung.

I don’t know when they got there, but I’ve got a 3 little scars on my glans. It looks as if they’re little ‘chip’ marks. Almost crater like but it’s just the skin.

I’ve attached a pic. It’s the hole looking thing top middle. Are these the infamous hanging scars everyone talks about?
