Ligament has "popped out"!

Guys: I was squeezing this morning as usual, when suddenly I could feel my lig on the left side really standing out, almost like a vein. Esp[ecially when I stretch (flaccid), it is just standing out tight on the lower part of the shaft. What is this? It’s poking out and visible!

If I clamp, sometimes I will have these large bumps right above where the clamp was. I usually just massage them out.

The ligaments attach near the pubic bone on the top of the shaft. You have to push in on the pubic skin to feel them. If you could move one, you’d have serious damage and pain. I have a huge vein on the left side, near the base. Perhaps you have one, too.

Penis anatomy is so hard to figure out. I think that PE has caused a number of “hardened” structures inside in my penis, but I haven’t a clue what they are. I used to think they were thrombosed veins (or scar tissue resulting from thromboses), but now I’m not sure. In any case, they don’t interfere with any functions. What’s my point? I don’t know. I just wish I could identify these things (they aren’t visible, unfortunately — only palpable).

I have the same thing. Are any of these areas sore? I think we might have fibrosis.

The areas have never been sore, so the doctor told me not to worry about it.

My main penile curiosity is something that feels like a vein running from the base to the head, palpable in the middle of the penis but not visible on the surface. When I look at anatomical diagrams I think it might be a thrombosed deep dorsal vein, but this seems unlikely, as it never even began to soften when I took weeks off from PE. It is most palpable when I stretch my flaccid penis.

Do you mean you were stretching, not squeezing? I don’t understand how a lig would pop from squeezing, but I suppose it could. The first lig pop I had was many years ago, not from PE though and things were not warmed up. It was a lig on the right side for me, kind of tight at the base of the penis. It eventually went away and I never noticed any problems from it. It took a while to disappear, a month or two as I recall. When erect, it was like a little taut string or cord with three little bumps on it. It kind of reminded me a little bit of the teeth on a wood saw, the hand operated ones with 6 or 8 teeth-per-inch!

If it IS from squeezing, I have no advice on that, but I would think it’s being “blown out” maybe from internal pressure and that can’t be too good.
