Possible injury while...sleeping?
I woke up last week with a massive but painful erection. It hurt on one side only. It felt like a peculiar sort of a strain like I’d been twisting on it all night. I vaguely remembered having recurring hard-ons or one constant hard-on for hours during sleep. That’d seem like a good thing usually but I may have slept on it wrong and just ignored the pain.
Lately I’ve noticed that my cock has a slight dent in it on the left side near the base. You could put a pencil pointing towards the floor and it would sit neatly against the dent. Also, my erections are slightly different. Before I’d always had a slight lean to the right. Now, it’s straight as a pipe and also slightly curving upwards. It doesn’t appear I’ve lost any length or at least not very much. It does look like I’ve gained a small bit of girth. Also it hurts a little on the left side when erect.
I can’t explain it. Has this sort of things happened to anyone else?
I haven’t PE’d much at all for months. Just started back a few days prior to that but nothing intense. Just manual clamping and jelqing.
It seems related to peyronie’s disease but instead of scar tissue causing curvature there’s a slight dent at the base, a straighter pointing penis that is curving upwards very slightly ( mine was always pointing at an exact right degree angle ) . I’m hoping it’s temporary but if not, well, I guess I could live with it.
