Priapism Damage

Priapism Damage

I had an erection last night that lasted almost 6 hours somewhat on and off mostly on.

I took a test booster with 15 mg cialis.

My unit today is getting partials BUT it feels more numb, and it feels thinner on the backside of my unit more down towards the base than it does closer to the head.

When I am getting partials it’s like my unit is pointing down towards the ground more than normal.

Does anyone have anyone thoughts or experience on this?

Also if someone could move this to injury thread I would appreciate it

Gains?

Love thy neighbor.

What’s up everyone.

So, I went no-fap, and left my unit alone for so long I lost track of the months. Also, I have a test rat who dabbled with REAL mk677, mk2866, sr9009 and peptides. (;

If you have a nagging injury, and can get a “doctors permission” I would recommend seeing if this helps any of you. Better yet, if you could get a REALLLLL HGH prescription… this is the best casenerio in my opinion. But HGH to me is a lifetime commitment, and extremely expensive. Where peptides and mk677 stimulate natural HGH production.

NOW PLEASE READ THIS PART,
Mk677 and anything that increases IGF-1 to super physiological amounts in the muscle can cause diabetes. You need to watch your blood sugar, you should stay away from carbs as much as possible.

If you have done this and become a pre diabetic or something to this degree, there are products that can possibly help. Berberine, fasting, keto, these are things I would recommend and if you notice yourself becoming a diabetic… GET OFF the stuff. I will post more soon.

And as for the gains question, I am just starting to edge about everyday again and feeling good. I don’t have exact measurements, but I am slightly smaller than I was when I peaked at 19 years old around 6.25 or so inches. More to come, good luck bros.

You likely didn’t do any damage from your priapism episode since you said it was on and off throughout the 6 hours.

And yes, don’t mess with IGF-1 if you’re prone to diabetes.

This would be a new thread, but I seem to have too few posts to be able to post in this forum, so I’m appending here.

I seem to have incurred erectile dysfunction from a handful of alprostadil (PGE-1) episodes each lasting right around the cusp of what’s considered priapism (4-6 hours). It’s been about a year now since I ceased. I can still achieve erections good enough for penetration with the use of sildenafil and the like, but the erections fade easily and it takes a lot of stimulation to get me fully erect.

From what I’ve read in a journal article studying the effects of priapisms of various lengths and based on what two urologists have told me after physical examination, I did not incur scarring (fibrosis) or tissue death; however, even in short-term priapism (and, medically, 4-6 hours is short term) trabeculae (microscopic structural elements within the cavernosa) are converted to cells not useful for their structural function. This jives with my experience: I get full, but not rigid.

I’ve searched the forum for “priapism” but found little. Apparently there are virtually no folks as moronic as I am who have come here looking for guidance or support. I have renewed interest in PE because I’m wondering if any of the tissue remodeling thought to occur might assist in repairing the damage that I caused. There’s a mountain of information here and I’m posting in the hopes that some kind souls may be willing to direct me to techniques aimed at erection quality more than growth. (Anything targeting fascial growth is, for example, uninteresting; but anything aimed at causing growth of the vasculature within the corpora cavernosa should be relevant.)

Interesting perspective. I know there are a number of threads here that have used compounds (Trimix, PGE-1 alone) to induce prolonged erections for growth. I have a thread where I coupled with PRP treatments, though I backed off the regularity of erection inducing injections because it was just too many needles in the dick.
That said, you may want to review the various threads here for shock wave therapies (Gainswave as one trade name), and perhaps PRP itself (one trade name being the priapus shot or P-shot). Those two are for the purpose of adding/helping with vascularity. There is also a rapidly emerging body of studies and treatments using Botox.
Good luck! .

Thanks very much for the info! I have some leads on focused shockwave therapy and will surely pursue that. Of course, everything being researched for the sake of combatting atherosclerosis diminishes my hope but I guess maybe angiogenesis is angiogenesis?

An ER doctor told me, after my first fuck-up, “I don’t get the impression that this will happen again. But if it happens again, you can try a cold shower.” This was the worst advice ever given to me. If you’re reading this, know that damage from priapism can be very subtle but it is cumulative. If I am any indication, you cannot “manage” a priapism with temporary relief and avoid damage.

An interesting paper is “The Ultrastructure of the Erectile Tissue in Priapism” by M A Spycher and D Hauri, Journal of Urology, 1986.
