Restoring lost length due to androgen deprivation therapy

Hello buddies! I am a new member on this forum and this is my first post. I am 29 year old man unmarried. I am not a prostate cancer survivor, but my condition resembles to those brave men who survived prostate cancer. For the last 1.5 years I was in benzo withdrawal . During that period for some unknown reason my testosterone was Below the normal range ( possibly the pituitary failure ) . With no morning wood, my dick was dead for 1.5 years. Three months back I took 20 mg Cialis and I got full erection same as before the benzodiazepine withdrwal . However, after that full erection my erection quality is gradually decreasing. It seems like the base of my penis is not expanding. Yesterday with 15 mg Cialis and 100 mg Viagra I only got 70% of my erection. I don’t have any bent in my penis. I have seen a urologist and he prescribed me only 5 mg/ day Cialis. I don’t know what is happening and it seems my Penis is atrophying . How can I restore my lost length ? Anybody hear who has regained his length back please respond.

Did your urologist provide any other guidance or information on your situation? Did he test your hormone levels?

That is a horrible thing to go through brother. I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with it.

In terms of what you’re describing, it may be that the tissues near your base have indeed lost some elasticity. I would recommend firstly to try some heated stretching and massaging. I would avoid jelqs, as that compresses your penis at the base. Then perhaps look into some low pressure pumping to try and increase overall blood flow to the area.

I have always been blessed with excellent EQ, and can’t take any credit for it, but I have noticed that my EQ has gone through the roof since I started using an ADS. I wear it between 8 and 12 hrs a day, and can even keep it concealed at work, worn with a leg strap. I don’t know if this will help you at all, but it might be worth a shot.

My uncle had problems with his prostate and kidney stone. He has now probably 5% of his original prostate because it had to be withdrawn and his kidneys are now much better than before, but collateral of surgery and the consequences of it affected his penis. His penis for 2 years was useless, he then did a surgery of penial prosthesis implant, now he don’t feel any more pain to pee or when he leaks urine, he have erections any time he wants, his wife even said that his new penis is bigger than before, so it is a win win situation.

This is a difficult decision to make.

I never heard that penile implant can give you new length.

Neither have I, but true or not, that’s a nice silver lining to offer somebody you love who’s lost the ability to get hard. That must be an incredibly difficult thing to go through, in terms of self esteem and identity. It sounds like you’re a long way off from needing to contemplate an implant though.
