Rough Dot/patch after pumping

Ok well I did a very intense pumping session one day and on my frenulum a small almost hard pimple like rough patch appeared it then scabbed up and went away after a week but still I can still feel it when my penis is soft however its NOT visible. Almost feels like scar tissue but more rough. Anyone had any experience with this? Its not an inconvenience or painful it just was never there before.
