Strange markings on head

I am uncircumcised and have been jelqing and stretching lightly and infrequently over the past few months. I have noticed these strange markings on my head, like striations or lines, recently whenever I’m flaccid. Am curious if this is a sign of something negative or what it could mean.

These lines are likely from head expansion.
