Thrombosed veins - ball ache

Fellas how are you??

I have a fast question.

I have gotton a few, what I think are thromb veins or lymphs, and eversinds I have this achy feeling in my left ball. Its randomly there and somethimes when I jump up its aches more.

Is this common? Im starting to worry..
