I think I am dealing with something like this. I started using phallosan forte stretcher for almost 2 months ago. I have seen absolutely no gains and I I’ve noticed the head/glans has shrunk significally. It was actually large and full. Now its much shorter and just cone shaped. It doesn’t look like my penis anymore. I feel like how the foreskin just rolls over the glans when before it was much bigger and fuller. This is devastating, I am trying to get bigger. And I get smaller, much smaller :(

Ya it helps a lot I have made a “sequence” or two so that I can just take a look at it and see what stretches I need to do. Don’t you feel great after your routine? It reminds me of how I feel after a long yoga session. I also am only doing the beginner stretches, I’m really tight in the hips so I’m trying to open those up.

I love all the replies and advises, I am sure you will find the answer. Do not overthink about it. Do what you gotta do, convince yourself that you will be cured, and relax. The reason why an urologist did not give you any advise on how to resolve the issue, is because mainstream medicine, or allopathic medicine, is USELESS. A doctor is UNABLE to cure anything. A doctor MD is trained in allopathic medicine which means treatment and management of symptoms. That’s it. And the way to accomplish that is through drugs and/or surgery. That is ALL an MD can offer to you, which render that field useless and unnecessary unless is a trauma situation.

Besides all the advises, nobody mentioned nutrition. Which is one of the most concerning catastrophes in our country (USA) The average American eats poison, drinks poison, breath poison every single day of his/her life. Add to that, the little amount of real food an american ingest every day, has close to ZERO essential nutrients. It is no surprise Americans by 30 years old need viagra. Chronic diseases are skyrocketing through the roof every year, despite allopathic medicine selling new drugs and treatments.

Thanks for you input. I agree that having an excellent diet and cutting out junk food/processed junk is good for you, but I don’t think it’s enough to solve any of the issues I am having. For example, I have not had a single processed snack in 4 months, nor have I had a lot of sugar, no soda, no candy, and only like one fried food once a week. I have general eaten healthy my who life as my mom is a nutritionist, but obviously growing up I did eat some junk food/ drinks here and there. But anyway right now I have been eating a bowl of veggies such as spinach, cucumber, bell peppers, and broccoli a day. And have been eating simple meals such as grilled chicken, brown rice, and asparagus, or salmon and broccoli and potatoes. Although I am eating a diet full of veggies, fruits, and real food, i haven’t noticed any real benefits pertaining to my issue of hard flaccid, I don’t think having a good diet can help with my situation although I do think it can obviously improve the immune system, but isn’t enough to have any significant impacts for me. You have to agree with this correct?

I agree that is not enough to correct the issue. Of course. 100%. Why? the answer is simple. What you have done is just half of the job. Cutting out what is poisonous for our bodies is half of the job. Unfortunately, we have this brainwash of the mainstream medical community that will tell you “eat a couple of salads a day and you are fine” WRONG. That is terribly WRONG advise. The reason: THE ESSENTIAL NUTRIENTS ARE NOT IN THE SOIL ANYMORE!!!! That is what a lot of people dont understand.

After decades and decades of farming and overarming and using antibiotics, pesticides, GMO’s, herbicides, the soil has been depleted. The amount of essential nutrients that you can get from fruits and veggies today is MINISCULE. Your cells are depleted of essential nutrients.

And I am not even talking about organic here. By consuming conventional veggie and fruits, you are perhaps doing more harm than benefit because all those are severely contaminated. The only wy to clear that out is sticking always to organic, non gmo. But still, that doesnt solve the severe chonic deficiency of essential nutrients.

So what is the solution? cleaning out all the junk, GOOD. Having a good health balanced diet of organic non gmo raw sources, GOOD. And the last piece of the equation, you need quality supplements.

And unfortunately the supplement topic is a whole different tragedy. Not all supplements are created equal. 98% of OT supplements are junk. The supplement industry is not regulated by the FDA, therefore you can find flour filled caps sold as vitamins. But that is not the big issue. The main issue with supplements is that the vast majority of them are synthetic form. The human body cannot absorb synthetic. A stone is made of minerals. So technically I could smash a stone into powder and swallow it with water and my mineral intake would be great right? WRONG. The body cannot absorb synthetic. The rate of absorption is so low, that you would need high amounts of each nutrient to have the daily required dose. BUT, if you take a high dose of a synthetic form supplement, it becomes dangerous. Toxicity arise.

The only way to take supplements is trace minerals in liquid colloidal state from natural sources, food and plant derived non gmo organic vitamins, organic aminacids and 2 fatty acids. Specially minerals and vitamins are not easy to find that way, and they are expensive. But good nutrition and supplementation keeps drugs and surgery away so at the end paying every month for this is a better alternative to health insurance.

I use a pump and after I used it the tendons in my cock would retract and I would get a hard flaccid also. What I found and use everyday after pumping is a muscle massager that I bought on Amazon. It is called a Percussion massager deep tissue massager. They range in price from $29 to hundreds of dollars just get the cheap one. I use the flat tip,it comes with 3 or 4 tips, on the lowest speed. Use your free hand as a backstop and take the massager turn it on and press it into our dick on one side. I start at just under the glans head and work my way down to the base and even press it into your groin at the base. Only do along the sides of your shaft not the top.I start on one spot press it in using my other hand on the opposite side as a backstop and then release it and move one width of the tip of the massager down and press it in again working my way down the shaft. You can do both sides just switch hands and I keep it in one spot about 30 sec. and you can do 5 to 15 min. at a time. Just work it up and down your shaft and from side to side. It becomes very addictive and your dick loves it. It relaxes all those tight parts. When i jelq I do this last and during the day if I see or feel my dick tightening up I run the massager up and down again. Just wanted to see if anyone out there is still following along. I have done a lot and spent a lot of time with dct stretching, some flexibility/mobility, glute bridges, adductors, and core, but have not noticed any results and in fact my hf has gotten a little bit worse. I am going to keep going but not sure if this is helping at all. My base feels so hard and firm like there is something hard under the skin, it never relaxes i feel like there may be calcification.

I would leave it alone for a while, no nothing, take up a hobby to distract yourself from it.
