I have done a lot of massaging when in the shower, been kind of rubbing the base with circular motion trying to break up any tension. Been doing that for 5 mins everyday. Have not tried tylenol why would that be beneficial? And not sure what binaural healing tones is? Thanks for being engaged with this and responding to my post. Appreciate the input

I have a lot of hobbies and things to distract myself from it, but with anything i do it always gets in my head and i cant not think about it. When i feel my penis retracting and have that hardness, but light feeling down there it distracts me from playing sports or working out or anything really. Thats why i’d rather do something to help fix this distraction, something productive. Toucansam, the main difference between yoga and resistance stretching is the difference between tension and relaxation of the muscles during the stretch. Resistance stretching you perform an eccentric movement while stretching the muscle.

Hey Trevor stay consistent with the stretching and don’t expect things to change over night. It may take months but it will change your life for the better.

Hey everyone. I have been staying consistent with everything. I noticed that two days ago my penis hung down throughout the day. It was like everything was back to normal. And then yesterday it returned to hard flaccid. And the same today. I am really annoyed but going to keep being consistent and eating healthy. I might start taking ibeprofin every morning to help with inflammation.

Staying consistent with the resistance stretching? Keep it up this is very good news. It is a process, so of course things aren’t going to go from horrible to amazing right away. But having days that are better and good is your body showing progress. Keep it up man your hard work is going to pay off.

Thanks. I’ve been doing a mix of DCT and resistance stretches. It’s been a commitment but going to keep going with it.

Good. Stay at it! Let me ask you, how is your EQ? Do you have morning wood? If so how often and how’s the quality of it?

It’s Okay

Its alright. Not like it was a year ago. It’s harder to get erection and it is usually really really stiff at the base, i feel like there’s a bone under the skin. But then it is soft and spongey further down the shaft. I have recently been getting more morning than the summer which is good.

Have you tried 2-4 weeks of complete rest? A common theme in HF is that it’s triggered by an injury. Your HF potentially getting worse after constantly trying to massage it etc might be a sign. Over on pegym a doctor who fixed it recommended a month of no fap / sex
