Water blister while hanging

Sorry for not posting this under injures, but I have not been allowed to post there yet. I have a question regarding water blister on the glans while hanging, I’ve been hanging for about 1 1/2 years now and this is the first time I’ve got this. It is just like a water blister you would get on your hand but it’s on the top of my gland (head of penis). Anyone else ever get these and is it something I’m doing wrong. Thanks to all at thunders.

You could post a picture of how you hang. Does your glans engorge while hanging or does it stay soft?
