depends on what you are after. I’ve no doubt that ALA fills a function - or that our bodies have figured out a use for it - but that doesn’t mean that it affects us as much as the other thing. It seems that our bodies use EPA / DHA for a lot of specific tasks, so just saying you’re going to ingest Omega 3 in general might not give the benefit you want. Having said that, I have no idea what Hemp oil is supposed to do for you that other oils wont.
About the “super omega 3 (SLA) & 6 (GLA)”, my guess is that GLA stands for Gamma Linolenic Acid. Can’t find a reference to SLA, but from the idea that either of them would have anything “super” about them I would venture to call hogwash, or sales trick.
EPA and DHA are kind of hard to come by in regular foodstuffs, with the exception of eating a lot of fish. ALA is cheap and plentiful. EPA and DHA seems to be the most important.
