Then, the combination of “Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) and l-citrulline plus pine bark extract”

The last and also the special one on this program is “walk”; That’s why! You will be amazed how walk between 30-60minutes daily may produce massive difference in your life.

NOW I am about to explain my experience on this program.

First all, I quit all types of sugar or sugar contained products, it is been 25 days now and I don’t have any regret but only success to tell. I even quit fruits and exchange them with sub-lingual multi-vitamins.

I wake very early every morning and go for 30 minutes walk around the block; I also walk for 30 minutes in the evening.

I take combo of AAKG, L-citrulline, and pine bark extract twice a day; once I wake up and later in the evening

I have added soup beans with veggie for snack 2-3 time a day

Positive effects:

After seven days without consume any sugar I was feeling like new a person, happy all the time, energised and always in the good mood; before that I used to be kind of lazy person, in bad mood, stressed, and bit angry. I start realise how dad coca-cola is really killing us. I also realised that many products in the supermarket contain sugar as part of ingredients. Simple because sugar is very “addicted”

After 15 days the combo of supplements it start to kick in; I start to wake up with erection and sleep with erection and have erection on demand anytime and anywhere.

After 21 days, I notice massive increase in sperm production, I am shooting like I never shoot before even better than when I tried HCG combo with clomid

It is been 25 days now 5 days away of recommend 30 days and I have just to say it in one word: unbelievable

It would be helpful if you could tell us the quantities you’re taking.

I suppose your success could be credited to the substitution of plant proteins to animal proteins which creates more of a demand for leutinizing testosterone production. I have done bodybuilding cycles in the past that follow this same principle with drastic hypertrophy results.

I am curious about your sugar free lifestyle. Do you avoid fresh fruits and milk or is it just breads and cooked or dried starches you eliminated from your diet?

Have you tried adding 500-1000mg of vitamin c to your arginine,cutrilline, picnogenol stack? Vitamin c is supposed to help aide in no2 production as well? How long does your result from the stack last? I am looking into extending the benefits of what I take without too much of a fasting period.

Are these things expensive?

All sugars are not equal. Fruit eaten on an empty stomach is one of the healthiest things you can eat. The important thing when eating carbohydrates is the glycemic load that the food has and the insulin response that is produced within the body. For example a banana will have a lower insulin response than a potato due to the high fibre and water content of the banana.

Maybe if you’re talking about bananas vs sweet potatoes. Te white potatoes font have all that much fiber when compared to sweet potatoes or yams.

Actually, fruit on an empty stomach is not one of the healthest choices considering the fructose will cause a greater insulin response than when combined with a protein source because the protein slows the absorption of even high glycemic starches. There are sone people who have a hard time digestive protein and carbs at the same time,like my wife, but a digestive enzyme like bromealine prevents the indigestion brought on by this. I’m not by any chance bastardizing fruit, I prefer the combination for greater effectiveness strategy.

For 30 days I eliminated fruits and milk for sub-lingual multivitamin and yogurt fat free.

I did mainly on the purpose to stop craving for sugar sweetness. It was kind of detox, if you know what I mean!
Now I have added apple, orange, pineapple on my diet but still not consuming processed sugar

Sugar- yes, it is
Fruits-no, it is not

Fruits
Fruits are healthy and is recommended for good health. The reason I quit fruit for 30 days was only for detox purpose. I wanted to stop craving for sugar’s sweetness and also wanted for my body to get rid of sugar in my bloodstream

The danger is, we are now living in modern society where most processed foods contain sugar as part of ingredients, if you calculate the amount of sugar we consume from these foods plus natural sugar from fruits we consume, you can imagine the damage it does on EQ

You get the regular l-citrulline? I heard of people recommending the “malate” version. I already have the l-citrulline.
