Chemical PE - Current State of the Art

I would like to invite those with knowledge and/or experience to state very briefly whether or not there are chemical or pharmaceutical substances with promise for pe. Make it short and concise, please.

Be so kind and add a little comment with what form of mechanical pe it should be combined.

Also, please add references wherever possible (thread herein, personal experience or whatever).

V or C are the only things that make a real difference for me , especially if I take the V about 12 hours after taking the C.

Do, and how do viagra and cialis improve mechanical pe-efforts?

They allow (well, for me anyway!) to stay completely rock hard for exercises like clamping (air clamp) and 70%-80% hard for the times when I jelq.

Some dudes don’t need the V/C for these effects, but I prefer the insurance they give me :)

I understand the effect of v and c - rather indirect, yes?

C also speeds up the time to get an erection. With C in me I can clamp 2 or 3 times in a row with short breaks. Without C it takes longer to get my erection back and I run out of time to clamp. I’m not an instant erection machine like I used to be.

I got your point figaro. I haven’t started with girth work yet (now hanging) but as soon as I will start clamping I’ll remember your argument.

If the purpose of this thread is that others should not have to read through all the other threads, you are welcome to either write an article, a compilation of "the best of…" or provide links to the interesting posts from the various threads. But to just say "hey, I can’t be bothered to sift through all the threads here, would someone please spoonfeed me?" doesn’t make me very enthusiastic, even if I could add something to the subject. This kind of a thing normally doesn’t turn into a good thread, but yet another thread full of semi-detached posts. Nothing wrong in that, I guess, but not what you wanted. Some of the best, most consistent and longlived threads around start out with an considerable effort from the original poster, which kind of sets the tone of the thread.

My problem however is twofold:

First, I haven’t followed the chemical pe discussion so far, so I would have to start at zero.

Second, others, who are more into the subject and may have already experimented to some degree would be considered ‘authorities’ in that field while I could only only provide a summary of the knowledge and experience of others.

So I would like to repeat my invitation to all with knowledge and experience to post and I promise - in return so to say - a summarizing article on the topic in 6 months.

We need to change your user name to “Rerun” t3. Why don’t you join in threads that are currently open, instead of starting new threads that basically help scatter information all over the forum?

Well, I guess that is my point. Wouldn’t it be better if you start at zero, read the threads (there aren’t that many on the patent method I think, but many on cialis, viagra etc) and then summarize, if that is what you “promise” to do anyway? Otherwise you are asking other people to do that job, and I think you’ll be met with limited enthusiasm, not only from me.

Here’s the summary: All of the PDE5 and injectible drugs either work, sort of work, or don’t work depending on the user’s own body chemistry and some other factors.

You have to read and sort to figure out what would be a likely result for you, or if you even want to try them. Being a doctor, you have access to all the drugs through your colleagues and, through them, of getting some first-class information about these medications. You should be telling us! :)

Although .. My threads are pretty well received, lots of hits and posts, so it can’t be all that wrong. Regarding this chemical pe-thread I must admit that my motivation was laziness. Sorry for that one.
