DHT enlarges your penis if you’re in puberty. It doesn’t work on adults. The receptors for it are tuned off when puberty ends.

Dihydrotestosterone is a product of the breakdown of testosterone by 5-alpha reductase. As far as I know it isn’t something you can buy.

From the averages found on this puberty survey (not very clinical I know) I’ve seen, if we could grow our penises as fast as during puberty, the best average rate was 25-30% length increase in 1 year. And it was really only sustained for two years.
