Ginseng Or Ginkgo

What do you guys recommend to take Ginseng or Ginkgo?

Im taking an arginine(1500mg) and Citruline(750mg). And i want to add the ginseng or the ginkgo.

Will appreciate ypur answers.

Korean red ginseng at 3g is really effective. Ginkgo is more for the cognitive effects. Also Ginseng has been shown to reduce cancer risk at dosages of just .1g

Which brand of ginseng and citrulline do you guys recommend me? Will appreciate your answer

Ginkgo can cause cardiovascular abnormalities just so you know.

Whatever ginkgo you get, make sure it’s an extract that removes the urushiol-like substances or it’s basically like eating poison oak, which has its own merits in particular circumstances.

I recently bought some dried panax ginseng root. It’s very tough to cut up but I mix it in with some green teas probably 1.5-2g and steep for about 15 mins. I noticed a better flaccid during the day for sure. My EQ has been very good recently so it’s hard to say how much it did in that area. One negative side effect for me is constant peeing though. I took like four pisses in thirty mins. Kinda crazy.

I’ve gotten “stim dick” from arginine so I steer away from it but I might start taking it like once a week and see what happens. Might be better to cycle it .

As for the ginseng, I’ll see how it goes. It’s nice having a good flaccid but I don’t like the constant urination as it’s kind of annoying.
