has anybody tried the ginkgo or the ginseng

gingo helps the blood circulation and ginseng can enhance the libido, sound like a good combination for PE, ant ideas?

Haven’t tried the ginko but I did try Chinese ginseng for about 4 months and it didn’t do anything.

Not wanting to worry anyone, but I read in my girlfriends “Zest” magazine that ginkgo can actually harm sperm mobility. Sadly it looks like she’s ditched the copy it was in, but has anyone else heard about this?

It may have slightly worked before but the change it was too insignificant to really to be effective, I noticed I could concentrate a little bit more but caffeine can do that at a much lower price.
