Has anyone used a fat burner like oxypro elite

This one doesn’t have all the same ingedients that traditional fat burners do, but still has the caffeine and vasodilators. I can still jelq and get blood flow going, but my erection quality suffers a bit. Anyone have experience?

I couldn’t edit the post so before someone comments there was a typo in ingredients

Some stimulants can have a vaso-constricting effect on the extremities like the hands, feet, penis. It’s not likely the caffeine, but the 1,3-Dimethylamylamine (Geranium [Stem]) and or the schizandrol. If it’s bothersome, stop taking this product and switch to a caffeine and yohimbine product, which will increase blood flow to the extremities as well as increases fat loss from stubborn areas like the abs. The main thing here is too avoid what’s known as beta-2 antagonists, which work well for fat loss, but decrease blood flow to the extremities.

Hey thanks for responding.

You’re right it is the 1,3-Dimethylamylamine. I do have loss of blood flow so I can’t get as hard aka the stim dick. Do you think I can still grow on it. I still am stretching and getting blood flow to my guy, just not as much. I figure I may make progress just not as much as while I’m on it.

Caffeine is also vasoconstrictive.

The most beneficial course of action would be to drop the weight-loss pills, save your liver and kidneys and do 30-60 minutes of exercise five times a week whilst eating a healthy diet. This will improve your EQ, act as a vasodilator and aid in achieving your weight loss goals.

I find a Ketosis diet is an excellent and quick way to make the pounds melt away. I buy some reduced carb/kcal coleslaw, a whole load of salad, and plenty of chicken and fish meat; everything unadulterated, no bread crumbs, no sauces. You’ll lose 2-3lb a week sitting on your ass doing nothing with that diet alone. Oh and, small quantities of peanut butter as a snack in between meals helps to stave off the cravings.

Enjoy.

Sophomoric is right, caffeine is also a vasoconstricter, but just not to the same degree as a beta 2 antagonists like ephedrine, 1,3-Dimethylamylamine, synephrine, etc.. There are lots of things I could touch upon about diet and exercise, but I’ll leave that to a diet and exercise thread. Anyway, back to the supplements.yohimbine by itself will increase blood flow to the penis and help a bit with stubborn fat loss. I don’t think taking the rest of the oxypro elite would hinder your PE progress, but after you finish the bottle, I’d switch to something else or follow something along the lines of what sophomoric was saying.

Thanks guy for your input. Sophmoric: I really do eat healthy, and am not out of shape so I really don’t need the diet plan, I was just use this product to help tone up my abs. I find yohmbine makes me realy sick for some reason. After I finish my bottle I’m done. Just I know while I’m on this stuff I have that “stim dick” Maybe when I get off of it I’ll notice an extreme growth in size, cause I’ve done all the stretches, jelqing, but haven’ been able to have that good EQ

Interesting. What weight loss products contain yohimbine? I was unaware that was in weight loss pills. For that matter, not to hijack this thread but perhaps add to it, what are the best weight loss products?

I have been recently reading that lack of Iodine, which has become a problem in the U.S. because the powers that be have told us all that salt is evil so people have drastically cut back on iodized salt. This is causing a problem, in many people, because iodine effects the thyroid and if the thyroid slows down, even a bit, it can cause weight gain. What are some or where can you get iodine suppliments? Walmart stopped carrying them and none of the local grocery stores do, either.

Bodybuilding.com has iodine supplements from various sellers and at decent prices. Yohimbine, which traditionally has been used for it sexual stimulating properties has recently gained popularity in the bodybuilding world due to it’s ability to promote fat loss from difficult to lose areas. The best weight loss products, if we’re talking about supplements/legal supplements, would be likely be stims. There are lots of products on the market and they are for the most part, just various stims like caffeine and yohimbine. The Oxyelite pro, which was mentioned in the previous posts is a popular one as well Nutrex lipo 6. A cheaper and possibly more effective stack would be plain, caffeine, ephedrine and yohimbine, but some people find this to be a bit too much. In my opinion, it’s more effective and more tolerable to take low dosages of all three, instead of higher dosages of only two.

You could also try their herbal equivalents as some find them to be more tolerable. The herbal equivalents are guarana, ephedra, and yohimbe; just make sure they are standardized extracts so you can take them in their effective dosages.

You could also try a nonstim fat burner like CLA.

Glucose transporter type 4 (GLUT4) activators are probably as effective and in most cases infinitely less toxic than the aforementioned stimulants. Yohimbine is banned in a number of countries due to its hazardous side-effects profile - having been indicated in several incidents of spontaneous renal failure, dangerous spikes in blood pressure and tachycardia.

CLA has been shown to increase insulin resistance in humans and should be avoided like the plague.

And.. finally, ephedrine differs from methamphetamine in only a missing hydroxyl molecule; its mechanisms of action remain - bar some subtle differences - almost identical to methamphetamine, which is known to exhibit neurotoxic qualities in addition to its more obvious detrimental effects.

They are drugs and like all drugs they can have dangerous side-effects and in rare instances, could lead to death if abused. If someone were to use them, then they should do their research and be careful with the dose and duration. They do work and will burn fat, this is scientifically proven and this was my emphasis when discussing them. I agree that they have dangers and toxic effects, especially in high dosages with a long duration.

Awesome information. That’s cool. Where do you get GLUT 4?

Don’t freggin do fat burners!
Trust me I’ve played around with those in the past and even made my own super strong batches. What these products never tell you is that they speed up the metabolism by over exciting the adrenal system. In doing so you stress out your thyroid and create a surplus of cortisones which further cause the figh or flight responds which is only extinguished with seratonin, is carbs. Wo you may lose 10lbs in 8 weeks or so but you will most likely feel like shit and gain back more when you quit. That is if you don’t have a nervous break down and end up in the hospital.

I suggest instead the old school methods of carb cycling (as keto is also very stressful), green tea, carnitine, and mct oil. If yours trying to bulk I can recommend taking carbs out of 2-4 meals a day and training carb depleted. It’s more stressful and you won’t be as strong but you recover minutes faster in-between sets. Then you can pig out for a meal or two and still drop fat.

wouldn’t recomend replacing fats with mct oil. although dieticians have said to avoid fat like the plague, in the past, they are now discovering that your body needs animal fats and that removing them from your diet will not only make you less healthy but will make you gain weight.

Devilknight666 , you can use the iodine that comes in the bottle for cuts. It is absorbed through the skin and used by the thyroid and whatever else needs it. It like 4 bucks at Walgreens and I suspect similar price elsewhere.

This is actually a decent way to see if you have a iodine deficiency. Swab about a half dollar circle on you leg or whatever place you want and if it is still there 24 hours later your good! If it has disappeared you need iodine. Again, you can keep using the liquid until the spot stays for more than a day.

Also, check into seaweed pills. They usually list the amount of iodine on the product. Good alternative if you can find the salt or supplements.

But do the swab test first, I wondered if I was low on iodine way back when and swabbed it on my knee and the spot slowly faded over 4 days. Which I believed means I was tanked up.
