Also, any recommendations on the Arginine cause id like to add that as well. I remember someone saying something earlier about the powder is the best way to go. The AAKG or something. But I’m looking for something in tablet form, but powder is just as good I guess.

Ill let you guys know how the maca goes. If you guys have more feedback on the maca let me know that too. Tablets bad? Better than capsules? I suck at taking capsules so I chose tablets and it seems to be giving the same outcome so far.

I came back to this cocktail after a few months. At aged 55, quantity was starting to wane. My mix is Lechithin, peygum, zinc, L-lysine, bananas and plenty of water. OK so after using this stuff for over 5 years now, almost from the beginning of this thread, I think I can definitely comment on my experiences and its about time I did :-)
I’ve tested individual supplements on their own and also several combinations to check if any work better with each other or any potentially cancel out the effects of others. I do believe that our personal metabolisms do effect how we react to these supplements and I think that’s why some guys react differently. More importantly I have no measurable side effects from taking this so for so long and I haven’t grown two heads!!

Maca (500mg per day) - without doubt this stuff gives you drive, it absolutely will make you horny, it creeps up on you over approx 7 days and then really kicks in. I’ve found it can give you an upset stomach if you take it empty, so I always take it with a main meal. I haven’t seen an increase in load with this taken on its own. I rest the supplement as I think the body gets used to it so I take it on a week on week off basis.

Zinc (50mg per day) - I would concur with others, taken regularly this will boost your load plus its whiter. Like Maca I’ve also noticed that it can upset your stomach unless taken with food, again I tend to take this with a main meal. I don’t rest this supplement at all and take it 7 days a week.

Arginine (1000mg per day) - This does increase blood flow and what feels like erectile pressure I.e you ‘feel’ harder and for longer. However I think this supplement has a maximum headroom because if you keep taking it week in week out the effect lessens so it should be rested regularly. I’ve tried a few strategies and have settled on 5 days on 2 days off and then every 3rd month I take 2 weeks off - this works for me. I’ve seen no increase in cum load from just taking this supplement

Lecithin - I use the sunflower derived version rather than soy, although I have taken both types without any attributed side effects. This stuff absolutely increases pre-cum levels and does contribute to a lesser degree to overall load. Its takes some time to build it up in your system and I take 1200mg every day. If its working for you then after about two weeks you will leak so much your partner will ask if you’ve cum .

Pygeum - this does increase pre-cum levels but I would say does nothing for overall load. However for me it just irritated my bowels and given the Lecithin works so well for me I dropped using it.

I would also agree with other contributors that overall hydration levels are key, this in combination with the above gives me a 100% increase in load which in turn gives more intensity and feeling as you deliver more volume. I can’t say this gives me more individual ‘strings’ etc but I can see the overall result at the end.

At gnc they have one ‘maca man’ which contains some of those ingredients and definitely increased my arousal /eq. You can buy it for like ten bucks if its on special. It works like fifteen minutes after you take it too

My results for two weeks on the stack.

The stack consisted of the following:
- 30mg Zinc, taken once daily with dinner
- 1200mg Lecithin, taken once daily with dinner
- 15,000mg Pygeum, taken once daily with dinner

My main goal, and purpose of the study was to achieve a greater amount of precum.
To achieve reliable results, care was taken to ensure other variables can be excluded.
The average intake of water was measured and remained consistent.
Diet was not modified in any way.

Each “Sample” was a night-time 20 minute edge session, using porn as a stimulant.
Porn of consistent arousal quality was chosen to lessen impact of a mental component on affecting results.
I repeated this strategy exactly once a day, each day, at the same time of night.

Baseline (Day 0)
Precum:
- One bead appeared around 15 minutes in.
Cum:
- First strong shot of around 50cm
- Next 2-3 Subsequent shots were weaker in intensity and distance, around 10-20cm
- Remainder was drizzle, with short pulses.

Days 1-3: Same as baseline, no improvement noted

Day 4:
Precum:
- One bead appeared around 10 minutes in
- A second bead appeared around 16 minutes in
Cum:
- First strong shot of around 45cm
- Second medium shot of around 30cm
- Next 2 shots were around 10-20cm
- Remainder was drizzle

Days 5-7 were similar to Day 4.

Day 8:
Precum:
- Two rapid drops of precum around 5 minutes in
- Continuous beads of precum for the remainder 15 minutes
Cum:
- 2 medium shots of around 30cm
- A third strong shot of around 50cm
- 2 medium shots of around 20-30cm
- 2 or 3 weak shots
- Drizzle

Day 9 was the same as day 8 for precum, but edging session ended early so cum results were inconclusive.

I have never in my life, even after hours of edging, achieved more then a bead of precum.
Considering how the results keep improving and keeping consistent with improvements, I am reasonably certain that one of the components, or the combination therein have caused an increase in production and release of precum. They have also seemed to improve overall cum quantity, as the number of “strong” shots per release have - on average- increased over the course.

I am continuing my study on the effects of this stack, and I will report any interesting or contradictory findings to my conclusions. I have to mention, that the change from no precum to having precum was very sudden and not a gradual and consistent increase as I had expected.

Note:
Negative Effects experienced during Trial (Not provably caused from stack):
- Days 1-2: 10 minute heart palpitations several hours after ingestion
- Days 7-9: Woken up with upset stomach, lasted around 20 minutes.

Only a week back on my cocktail: quote from Mrs Kingen “where did all that comes from?” It works!! Need to empirically measure quantity now.

Agreed on this one. Once you have your recipe or formula that works for you, I usually pick a time when I can abstain for two weeks! Nearly impossible with my honey wife.. Load up on the stack. Abstain from ant masturbation, and then we go into it big time, and POW! What a load and intenstity it produces. Then detox and go back to a “normal” diet and regular intensity. Long time reader, first time poster.

Over the past year or so, I’ve tinkered around with supplement stacks by reading this thread, then modifying. I had a good run of consistency around March of last year, but then life got in the way and I fell off the wagon. Anyhow, I’m starting up again and trying to develop a stack that prioritizes EQ, precum, overall load volume in that order.

So I plan on starting this stack on Thursday, once a few of the supplements get delivered. Does anyone have any advice as to something else to add, anything to drop, or anything to swap around in the order of the day? In addition to this, I’m starting a new diet and exercise routine to drop a few (10-15) pounds that have crept up over the years. As I said above, my primary goal is to improve EQ, and then precum production, followed closely by overall load size.

*I’ve started making a tea with the celery seed by grinding it finely in a coffee grinder, dumping it into a large coffee mug (16oz) before pouring almost-boiling water on it. I let it steep for 20 minutes, then stir 100mg (~1/2 teaspoon) of l-citrulline into it to dissolve. Then I drink the whole thing, ground up seeds and all. It’s fairly bitter, but no worse than black coffee. I’ve read that the hot water really pulls the good stuff out of the celery seed and makes it more accessible than just chewing the seeds or drinking the tea without the ground seeds. Time will tell, I suppose.

So after getting off the stack and kind of clearing out, I got back on and kept at it. I have an increase but nowhere near as much as I like. But I am happy with the increase. Even with pygeum I have not seen an increase in precum. I have rarely had that in my life and it seems that the pygeum doesn’t really work a huge amount to help that. I’m still dissatisfied that I am not shooting out though. The higher quantity just dribbles out.

Hello everybody! I found this Thread after searching a lot about cum load increase. I’ve read all of it and I hope that there is a chance for me to see some improvement.

I am 22 years old. I’ve started masturbating at 10 years old. I never had a problem with my sex drive (masturbating a lot every day and having sex in a regular basis) but in the last 3-4 years I’ve seen a dramatic loss in my cum load (less than 1 mg). Also, I have read that you should take amino acids like arginine on an empty stomach. Otherwise they have to compete with the aminos in the food you are eating for absorption. Not sure if that is just bioscience though.
