- Take the right food:

* Cashew nuts
* Not to much coffee, beer and eat a vegetables
* Eat a banana and eggs (don’t know fore sure but seem to help)
- Things in consideration:
* Maca, I think not necessary
* Pygeum, not for the load, but maybe for the precum. I think because of this stuff I cannot hold my load for a long time, I have to blow. I’m still taking it so I don’t know for sure.
* Ashwagandha, maybe it helps but not special for me. My heart rate was going very low and I sometimes wake upwith a feeling of a not working hart
