New year new loads

Have been reading for a while. Decided to give it a try for the new year. Just started lecithin, pygeum, and zinc today. Have already increased water intake as well as bananas and have begun working out. Hope to surprise my wife soon. I’m not sure what it is but I guess my body just has a ridiculous tolerance to these. I’m taking time off from them before I go back. Not sure why they have like no effect on me. I’m getting plenty of water as well. Not sure what would cause this stack not to work for me. I even take more than the talked about dosage (except for the zinc).

It’s also a form of the day thing, too. I think that makes it fun. I mean, in general I produce far more with these supplements, but not always, every day.

Update

After first week definitely more precum. Haven’t masturbated to completion to see if any actual increase in load size. Also no action with the wife this week.

2000 mg L-Arginine too much

I just started this yesterday and I’m wondering it if 2000 mg of L-Arginine is too much (the bottle itself suggested taking two 1000 mg tablets/day)?

Started with the first of the supplements to arrive in the mail yesterday. Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily. Am also getting Zinc from multi-vitamins & minerals. Eating bananas, fruit and other healthy stuff, and drinking plenty of water. I’m currently awaiting delivery of Pygeum from the US, 100 capsules, 500 mg each which I take once daily.

I’ll leave the L-Arginine for now and think about adding in other sups later down the line for experimentation.

I have also abstained from any orgasms since the beginning of this month, and done plenty of edging and keggle exercise for added fun, build-up and kink.

Here we go.

Can’t tell you how excited I am to have found this thread. Have started to take celery seed with green tea, lecithin 1200mg and Zinc. I have L-Arginine, Pygeum and Saw Palmetto on the way. I’m not expecting miracles but as soon as I see and feel difference I will report back.

I’ve been taking L-arginine, zinc, L-lysine and lectithin for around a month. Coupled with exercise and lots of water have close to doubled my volume. Especially the first three pumps, they are like solid ropes lol. I usually have a surprise rope at the end too. Now if I could just get my wife to let me cum in her face or even her body for that matter. She is so vanilla. Ugh.

I’m new here and before joining, I did some reading up regarding the holy grail.
I must say, it’s quite interesting to see that not all of us guys have the same body system/mechanism.

First of all, I don’t and have never precum, never had a large amount of cum all of my life, and never really thought about it until some friends were talking about it and I was the only one among them that had never experienced having a precum. No problem with post cum, that works fine. So I got some of the supplements described on here (holy grail).

I’ve been on Pygeum 100mg (twice a day- total of 200mg)
Sunflower lecithin 2400mg (that’s 1200 mg twice a day - this is as recommended by Swanson description)
Zinc 30mg (and I recently just realized that I get 15mg of zinc from another multivitamin tablet I take) so 45mg of zinc a day.

I take all of these together with loads of water and I have noticed that I pee more, on one session of wanking, I notice just a head of precum and I was surprised, my cum volume hasn’t changed/improved drastically as many claim, but it’s thicker and whiter.

So I’m not going to rule off these supplements obviously because there’s been some changes, and I had a bead of precum. From no precum to a little bead of precum, I must say it is a change. I’m hoping I will begin to have more precum with time.

Oh and I just recently ordered some Maca from Swanson. Maybe that will do some tricks too.

Hey all, so I started out with the original stack minus the arginine. I had the Lecithin, pygeum, and the zinc. I had been on it for about a month and a half and from that time period I noticed that the pygeum and the Lecithin wasn’t really adding to the volume so I stopped taking those. The pygeum mixed with the zinc did make my stomach feel horrible though like others have stated before me.

So I just stuck with the zinc and I added Folic Acid tablets to the stack instead. I read that Folic Acid mixed with Zinc adds to the volume considerably and It IS working for ME :)

I just purchased some Maca tablets as well from Amazon since someone said that they helped him out when adding to the stack so I’m gonna give that a shot.

Also like AirViper said about the water intake. THAT makes a HUGE difference. I weight about 180 (I have a beer belly but I’m a skinny guy naturally so it sucks) so I take in 100 oz of water a day on top the daily zinc + folic acid tablets.

Ill let you guys know how the maca goes. If you guys have more feedback on the maca let me know that too. Tablets bad? Better than capsules? I suck at taking capsules so I chose tablets and it seems to be giving the same outcome so far.
