Not sure if Pygeum I’m on was ‘enough’ or right.
I’ve been trying Biovea and Vitasense Pygeum, both of which are 100mg. Haven’t really seen any change.

However I noticed users here also take 500mg (Which I’d have to import from US to get) — is this a game changer? Would I alternatively have equal effect taking 5x 100mg capsules a day, or is that dangerous? (And a lot more expensive)

I would double your daily dose of 100mg. I take two 500mg pygeum pills a day, but that is mostly weight from the bark of the tree. 400mg of bark weight and filler, and 100mg of extract per pill is how it was explained to me. So if you have pure extract pills, which is most likely what you have, definitely do two a day and you will see an increase in precum withing two weeks. Add lecithin 2400 mg a day for an amazing volume increase, as long as you stay hydrated.

For those considering this stack, I thought I would list my results after 4 months. I take a 1000 mg lecithin in the morning and evening and I take a pygeum 100mg in the morning and evening. I also take a multivitamin everyday and I take two 500 mg l-arginine on nights I may have sex. After a few weeks on this stack my orgasms are twice as long and I ejaculate twice as much. Yes, it will be a lot.. 3 weeks with NO stack normally would probably be a lot. Close to 3 weeks ON the stack, man, lay down a tarp or something lol. Three weeks is preferable, your body may simply take longer than one week to react to the supplements. Perhaps take two Lecithin every couple of days day (e.g. Morning + evening) if you do not feel confident.
Sunflower Lecithin made my cum watery after about two weeks. Granted I abstained within that time as well, and it might have been effect of hydration — BUT it did appear strikingly different compared to all the other times I jizzed.
