First post New guy here, just started

Originally I have been more interested in an increased load than PE exercises, but a few google searches and I found the HOLY GRAIL post which brought me to this site and some snooping led me to become a member and interact a little bit and share my experience.

I purchased some soya lecithin (1200 mg) and pygeum (500 mg) and have been taking them over the course of the week. I began on Monday. I have taken 1-2 lecithin pills (1200 mg) daily since then, and have taken 1 pygeum pill (500 mg) everyday since then as well. I have abstained from ejac. Since the previous weekend, (I want to say Saturday but I’m not sure) and am feeling extremely pent up and ready to unleash the power. Maybe I just want to see the results, maybe its the pills but man, I have been wound up this past week. I am hoping to get a little something from the misses tonight so when I get home from work I am going to toss 3 or 4 lecithin back and (I don’t like pills, and am not comfortable doing a mega-dose just yet) see what the night brings. I have been drinking water religiously this week (well over a gallon a day) and feel like I am going to see good results. I just wanted to share my first week experience with the thread. I hope to get good results over the weekend and will continue with my daily doses, and check back on Monday to post my conclusion. Any input on boosters, or any general advice for a forum newbie would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome huskies! Sounds like your off to a good start. I’d add a banana or two a day to your routine. They are a natural way to increase sperm production.

What brands of pills are you all using? I’m curious if my body doesn’t react to pygeum or if I’m using a bad brand. I think the zinc is working but the lecithin may not be. I’m not sure. Which brands does everyone use?

I went ahead and posted everything so maybe you can get some insight. But I can normally cum a decent amount everyday or every other day. It will be a full week on Sunday; but I have seen a dramatic decrease in cum. Like 1/3 of what I normally do. It has a much better feel to it and look to it but way less in volume. I have been drinking a little less water than normal but I’ve never seen this little of cum.

Hello everyone! I feel a little shy about joining and I hope you guys don’t mind having a female on here. I am a 25 year old housewife and married to a great husband. We are currently ttc (trying to conceive) and I found this forum while researching how to increase our odds of conceiving. He has no medical issues or fertility problems that I know of but I would like to increase our odds of conceiving soon. As I began to read all the posts I became intrigued and felt a lot of the posts could be helpful. I have already bought the vitamins in the stack and hubby has agreed to start taking it (on certain conditions). Just curious, have there been any other females that have joined and are ttc?

First Week Results: About average, just about same as before I started supplements.
As stated in my previous post I was taking relatively small dosages daily of Lecithin and Pygeum.
1200 mg lecithin daily, and 500mg Pygeum daily. As stated in “kariyablows” post it isn’t 500mg of extract, it is 100mg extract per 500 mg capsule. I think I know what I need to do to see results, after reading a few more posts on here this is my plan for THIS WEEK:
Non-sexual activity day(s) (not that I can read the future)
Lecithin 2 in a day (2400 mg)
Pygeum 2 in a day (1000 mg)
1-2 bananas a day
Pumpkin seeds daily (zinc)
Pineapple (for taste)

Days where some play could be involved:
Lecithin 4 in a day (4800 mg)
Pygeum 2 in a day (1000 mg) same*
More water than necessary*
As before with banana and pumpkin seeds.

My thought process here is to build up enough load throughout the week with my daily dosages, that when the time comes*haha* that I mega-dose it is like a rubber band effect. This is how I see things playing out in my head.
How’s this sound to you long timers?

Not that anyone is staying glued to this page to see my results, but here they are.

Very Pleased so far, there was a total of 3 ‘tests’ over the weekend and each time the results were great.
I shot farther, produced more, and it may be in my head but I think the big O was stronger than usual. I’m very pleased with the results after just 1 week of supplementing. I didn’t stick “religiously” to my previously stated routine, but I kept my water intake high, and took anywhere between 2-3 lecithin on normal days, and on Friday and Saturday I took more to super-boost my load and it worked. I shot so far on the first one we both just started laughing. I was down by her goods when I pulled out, and on the first shot I got her right in the neck. The rest was evenly distributed on her tummy and tits, which was nice. Going to keep playing around with the different dosages, and load amounts and water intake. Definite increase in power and load, still wish there was more spurts. Had about 3 good ones followed by the dribbles and follow-up contractions.

Advice as far as more spurts and contractions??
