I’ve done a lot of research and experimentation with this. Yes, I’m aware that I have an unhealthy obsession with the size of my payload. I’m over it. Anyway, after months and months of research and trial and error, I have successfully gone from from spitting out a few lame spurts of semi viscous mystery fluid to plopping out 8-12 thick white ropes of ball batter that would put most porn stars to shame. So the answer is YES, you REALLY CAN drastically increase the amount of ball batter you splatter.
So here’s what I’ve learned:
L-Arginine produces modest, but noticeable increases in baby gravy. L-Arginine has withstood scientific studies on volume and sperm count, and is also highly praised by a lot of people on the internet who’ve actually tried it (and who aren’t selling anything). Personally, I noticed a difference after about 4 days, in both amount and thickness. The results are modest, but very reliable.
No other Amino Acid has withstood scientific trials, and the testimonials online are all mixed and somewhat shotty. I’ve tried L-Carnitine, L-Lysine, and L-Glutamine. The only one that did anything for me was the Carnitine. It had no effect on my emissions, but made me hornier than a teenager at a porn convention.
Zinc: Zinc has a strong link to testosterone, semen, and sperm, but the only study ever cited (and as far as I can tell the only study with positive results) shows only that men with a Zinc deficiency produce less spunk than men who take adequate amounts. In other words, taking Zinc can help ensure that your are splooging at healthy levels, but if you re already healthy, there’s no evidence suggesting that excess Zinc will take your DNA sauce to new levels. Zinc did nothing for me in this regard, though I still take it for other reasons.
Horny Goat Weed: Simply put: no science, few if any testimonials, and my experience is that is DOES make you horny, but has little effect on your junk soup.
MACA: This stuff is King. Backed by science. Backed by testimonials, and for what it’s worth, one of those herbs that’s been used “for centuries” by the tribal peoples of Whereverthefuck to treat infertility and what not. Anyway, my own results were pretty drastic. Though to be fair, I started using maca with a few other things at the same time, so it was likely the combination that really paid off (link for the recipe below) But seriously, I will never stop taking this stuff, at least so long as I continue to enjoy drowning my girl in DNA. You can get it on amazon or at GNC. Take 2-3 g a day. Will take about 3 days to see results. But they will be impressive.
Vitamin C, D, E, and A all have mixed results scientifically, there have been no drastic results, and there has been nothing conclusive. Some studies claim a positive relationship between these vitamins and semen volume/sperm count, others claim a negative one. The testimonials online are no more helpful. I have always taken these, as well as had an extremely healthy diet in which I get my daily intakes of vitamins through veggies, I have never had huge loads until I incorporated OTHER things.
PC Exercises: absolutely useless for this purpose. Good for distance though.
HERE’S THE SILVER BULLET: It’s a recipe for a smoothie with a lot of ingredients that have been proven in studies to drastically increase the volume and thickness of your dick chowder. I started drinking one a day, and after 3 days I was flopping out what looked like thick elmer’s glue, and A TON OF IT! Aside from that, having a healthy lifestyle is key. Studies have reported a strong negative correlation between volume/sperm count and the following things: smoking, booze, junk food, being overweight, lack of exercise, and poor nutrition. It’s a big list, but seriously, doing all of this shit will put your spunk factory back in full operation. You’d be surprised how much cum you cum when you’re just healthy.
So essentially here’s my ‘regimen’
Healthy lifestyle (impeccable diet, exercise, water, sleep, low stress, etc.)
L-Arginine 3-4 Grams a day
Zinc (though essential, doesn’t actually INCREASE your payload)
Maca 2-3 grams a day
The huge load smoothie (various ingredients) 1 every morning
Now go forth, and upgrade your little semen squirters into GOD DAMN DNA CANNONS
