So pygeum is the precum supplement. I’d imaginer pre-cum lubes up your tubes for regular cum to travel with less resistance.

Also you are saying that with pygeum that you are having a semi more often?

I’m following the stack and on day 3 of the one posted on page one. I tested things out with my GF the other day on day one of the stack with no change. Of course, this is no surprise since I’m sure the supplements had not kicked in yet. I do have to say that when I have an erection, I’m not noticing any increase in pre-cum (I don’t ever really have any). This is the brand I am using: http://www.amaz … /dp/B00068UBF0/

That brand of pygeum says 500 but 400 of it is the bark and 100 is the extract just like the other type that same company sells. I’m thinking that maybe later I will up the dosage of Pygeum to see if it gives a result. The bottle actually says to take 2 capsules, 2 times a day. However, I am taking 1 capsule, 1 time a day. So maybe the problem is that I’m using 25% of the suggested usage.

Maybe it is because I am somewhat young but I’m not seeing a real change in anything from L-Arginine except the first day my heart rate was much faster. I’m not keen on upping the dosage of it because I don’t want any bowel trouble from a side effect. Does anyone get quick effects from L-Arginine?

I’ve already been planning out the next dosage and stack in case this does not work as expected.

I have only started taking all this and have stuck to what the Holland and Barrett guidelines are so far and was wondering if that is the dose I should stick too for what I’m taking, so far I have noticed no real difference in cum loads and was wondering when I should hopefully see results.

To aid all this I am drinking at least 2 litres of water a day, I am fit and healthy and a non smoker and rarely drink, my diet is good with lots of chicken etc. I also keep myself in shape by cycling etc.

One more thing I have been trying taking Celery and the way I get mine is to do the following making a soup

4/5 stalks of Celery

Cherry tomatoes (as many as you like)

Beetroot (using the whole beets that have been already been wrapped in plastic, the ones I buy have 4 beets in them)

Carrots (I use 2 large Carrots

1/2 cup boiling water, add everything to a blender and in less than a minute you have a healthy soup like snack, you can add more of what you like to cancel out too much celery taste etc.

So basically guys I was hoping to stick to this to see if I can improve loads etc, any advice would be great thank you. I know the thread is massive and my answers may well be already out there but be great to get some replys thank you

Give it a full week, some will say three days, and do not empty your ejaculate during that time, just let it build up…

Had a “test” with my girlfriend after 5 days on the stack. No change at all. I think its time to mix things up since my body doesn’t seem to be responding to the stack in the slightest. I think the L-Arginine seems to be the biggest waste for me since I don’t care to try upping the dosage and sometimes if I eat too soon after I have it on an empty stomach I will get gastrointestinal issues. This is a great discussion. I found this site earlier this week when researching this topic. I went out right away and bought all of the ingredients of the original stack.
I started that day and gave it a couple of days before I rubbed one out. My initial result seemed to be slightly more volume but a much more watery load. I’m guessing that’s the pygeum, so today I took a double dose of the lecithin to hopefully thicken it back up.

I have high hopes for this and have learned so much reading this forum. I can’t wait to see the results when it all kicks in and I try it on my wife. Much bigger loads during sex than masturbation anyway. ;)

Oh, one other thing is that I added folic acid to the stack because I read somewhere else that it increased the effect of the zinc.

Another thing I learned is that you may not want to edge on your days off. The body naturally dumps excess semen through urination and if you build up and don’t use it you might be flushing good jizz. 100% sure that the day of sex or ejaculation by other means, don’t edge and then take a break to piss. You WILL be flushing good jizz and reducing your load. Once you get started you have to go all in.

This is my fourth day on the Holy Grail +Folic Acid and 2x the lecithin and I swear I can feel my glands filling up. I had planned on waiting 3 days for round 2 but I don’t think I’ll make it.

I stopped all of it.

Now ready to start pygeum again, because it is the precum I am most interested in.
