Ok guys so I am still having about 1 or 2 good ‘shots’ then the rest just dribbles out. I hate that it just dribbles out because its still alot of cum but it just doesnt proect like some other guys I see.

I haven’t tested out since switching my stack but hydration is very important. And the amount you need depends on the climate of where you live. 2, 20 oz bottles and 10 oz is only 50 oz total if I am understanding you correctly. Which is undoubtedly too little for you. The 8 glasses/cups a day is a rule that sort of works only because it is easy to remember. More recently, the notion of having half your body weight in ounces is the way to go for water intake. So if you are 180 pounds, you want 90 ounces of water in a day.

Chances are that you’d have trouble drinking enough water to cause a problem in your body so try to get plenty of it anyways.

A tip for you: First thing in the morning, drink plenty of water. See how much you can do. You’d be surprised at how much water the body will take even if you don’t feel thirsty. Keep doing this kind of thought throughout the day. Shoot for at least 64 ounces though.

So I’ve found that my stack has definitely helped increase my output. However, the viscosity is so high that I don’t shoot as much as I’d like (even though I am shooting at times) and I’d also like a higher output. Lol, now that I’m outputting more I still want to go even further. Might add some celery pills to the stack and see what happens.

Just one advice from me: Do not overdose the zinc! 50 mg are a good amount, but 100 mg are too much. Should cause nausea and other side effects. 200 mg will probably cause severe side effects.

This could be true IF the ‘elemental weight’ of the zinc is elemental 50. It could say 50mg gluconate but only 4mg of that is actual ‘elemental zinc’. I saw this mentioned on another thread on a different website and I noticed nobody is talking about elemental on this thread and I thought that I would bring some light to it here because it’s seems to be important.

For example, I purchased the swanson ‘gluconate’ 50 mg zincs from amazon. But I come to find out that ‘gluconate’ is the least in absorption strength when it comes to the body. And on top of that it is also the least in elemental weight so 50 mg of that ‘zinc’ is not really 50 ‘elemental’ mg’s of zinc, its much lower than that mixed in with all the other stuff that adds to the weight totalling up to 50 mg. Unless you see it actually saying ‘elemental 50 mg’. So when you see recommendations from the RDA or any other source saying that 40-50mg is the threshhold for adults’ zinc intake then they’re talking about ‘elemental’ zinc.

I could be wrong about this but from all the stuff I’ve read in articles online and from other posts it seems to be valid info.

I’m currently not on the stack, but can significantly improve my load with the following:
1. 2 HGW before I start my session
2. Drink lots of water before and during my session.
3. Edge for 4 hours (double what I usually do), need to be super horny.
4. Slow stroking technique when ejaculating.
5. Need to wait at least a week from the last time I ejaculated

I can get 14 spurts with this routine. My baseline is 7. I do notice my cum is watery, so I might get more volume, and hopefully more spurts, with lecithin added. Overall.
