2.) Where and which companies did you use to purchase these items?

I’m new to the forums as well! Been looking through this entire thread and finally decided to sign up and post!

So I started up yesterday with

X2 Lecithin (1200mg ea.)

X1 Zinc (50mg)

X2 L-Arginine (500mg ea.)

Hoping for some good results! Girlfriend comes back in about 4 or 5 days, will I see anything come from it? Or does it normally take longer to see any noticeable difference?

So I should add Celery Seed Extract and Garlic to my stack?

I browsed through the last 40 pages of this topic and from what I can tell is recommended and works is:
Arginine with citrulline and ornithine and lysine to act as a counter for arginine.
Celery seed extract and celery stalks both work well for volume.
100% Pomegranate juice for it’s niacin components.
Soy lecithin or sunflower lecithin (in case your worried about increased estrogen intake from soy)
Zinc (gluconate) was recommended but I hear Zinc (picolinate) is better absorbed

Notice I didn’t state pygeum since I’m not interested in gaining more pre cum. Oh and I maybe missing a few things since I’m just recalling from what I remember reading

I got them from Amazon and they said they are the same but I will talk directly to Swanson. The labels read exactly the same though. I get what you mean about being careful with what you invest so I will continue to look into this. So far no adverse affects but I will hold back on using them for now.

Aside from this, after 2 weeks of celibacy and taking plenty of:
1) celery seed extract (tried this after using celery seed on its own to no success)
2) sunflower lecithin
3) pygeum
4) zinc

And ingesting at least 64 ounces of water a day.. There has been no significant increase for me. It seems that my body is just really resistant to these supplements. I’m not sure what the problem is.

Tried half the dose and still getting abdominal / gi tract pain. Sending this garbage back - can anyone recommend a good brand that is effective without these terrible side effects?

I’m curious do you guys take the supplements continually or take breaks. It seems to me that the testicles would need time to rest naturally without supplements. Also could the body get a tolerance to these making them less effective if taken routinely? Hubby and I are thinking of trying a routine of on 2 weeks off 2 weeks and so on. Any thoughts on this?

I also find Tribulus Terrestris helps my natural drive.

This is the brand I use, and I have never had those effects. Make sure you are eating healthy and drinking plenty of water for best supplement results. You may be having this negative reaction because your body is acting in a unique way as a defense of some kind. Like a type of allergic reaction, but a different output besides a rash or something of the sort. I would stay off pygeum for a week or two and straighten out your diet and increase water intake and try 500mg a day after that break. If you are solely looking to increase volume take Lecithin 1200-2400 mg a day (see my above posts) eat some bananas every day and drink LOTS AND LOTS of water. A daily dose of Zinc could help too. That’s really it. You will be surprised after week two (if you abstain the whole time) what kind of goo factory we really can be.
Keep us posted on your pain though, it may be a botched batch. And I will avoid the brand in the future, if so.

I don’t take the stack all the time. Only once in a while if I have something devious in mind. Lol.
