I got them from Amazon and they said they are the same but I will talk directly to Swanson. The labels read exactly the same though. I get what you mean about being careful with what you invest so I will continue to look into this. So far no adverse affects but I will hold back on using them for now.
Aside from this, after 2 weeks of celibacy and taking plenty of:
1) celery seed extract (tried this after using celery seed on its own to no success)
2) sunflower lecithin
3) pygeum
4) zinc
And ingesting at least 64 ounces of water a day.. There has been no significant increase for me. It seems that my body is just really resistant to these supplements. I’m not sure what the problem is.
