I see that it has been about 9 years since you first posted this. I’m just curious as to how long you have continued this regiment for, and if there have been any adverse side effects over time. You mentioned that pygeum seems to stimulate your Cowper’s glands quite a bit. So, for example, has your body become dependent on the supplement in order to produce semen? Do you still have a normal, functioning reproductive system?

Sorry for the personal questions, it just seems like now you have the time and perspective which could really benefit others.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with taking zinc on an empty stomach. Now, I only take it after a meal. It’s often said that you should take medicines after a meal, but I usually ignore the advice. This is one med, though, that absolutely will rip up your guts on an empty stomach.

So my results so far.

I’ve stopped taking l-arginine as during my 1000mg dosing I was getting headaches everyday some quite bad ones. Only things that had changed were upping of water intake to around 2L and the l-arginine. Water intake also dropped due to one thing and another. Will try again after my new trial

Trialling horny goat weed at the moment started yesterday on 500mg but didn’t get my second dose in for total of 1000mg. Didn’t notice any difference yesterday though not tested practically.

So I started my supplements today, consisting of 1x 25 mg Zinc, 1x 800 ug folium acid and 2x 1325 mg lecithin, on top of drinking +- 2l more water than I usually do. I will plan to abstain for 2-3 days, so to cum again on thursday or friday probably. Would it be a good idea to increase the intake of lecithin on the friday then?

Ok so full day yesterday of HGW and not noticing any difference at all. Not feeling more horny or anything. Anyone know what to expect normally?

Okay, here is what is take a day for the past 1 month
- L-Arginine: 1000mg, x1
- Lecithin: 1200mg, x1
- Zinc: 30mg, x1
- Maca: 1000mg, x1
- Pygeum: 250mg, x2

Note: my country limit the max content of zinc, they used to be 50mg, but now its mandatory to only have 30mg at max. And pygeum, we have nothing here except Piping Rock 500mg per capsule, its pain in the ass to manually weight em but I have not much choice..

The result is obvious, I see increase in my cum load, especially the pre-cum.like holy shit its almost 5x of what I used to produce.. But sadly it come at a cost.. Way too much pre-cum and suddenly its hard for me to shot a rope.. Back then, the 1st and 2nd shot I could probably make them travel almost 1 meter, now the pre-cum occupy way too much slot of the penis contraction, and by the time the real “shot happening” it only travel like 20-40cm.not even half of what I used to accomplished.. I manage to completely remove the dripping thanks to @wakemyday post on pages 123.instead of the cum dripping all over the place.. I manage to keep em constantly shooting at proper pace.. The key is to understand the penis contraction, when you cumming, the penis will contract every second in between to release the cum, you can’t speed up this process as it happen naturally, you can make the contraction stronger by doing kegel regularly (which I highly recommend). Now, when you have too much pre-cum, the penis will continue to release precum in between the contraction IF you keep jerking off.. That jerking movement indirectly open the urethra and forcefully release cum and thus it mess up with the release of the tempo. Instead, I follow @wakemyday suggestion.. By holding the gland, open the urethra and stop jerking, you stop unnecessary movement. You let the penis slowly release the cum, and before you know it, every shot is a rope..

I know the temptation is high to keep jerking, as those are the best part (obviously).. But if you learn the patience to stop at the right time and let the penis do their job, you can have much more consistent rope releases.. Presumably NOW Foods has done the math and determined that 1200 mg Lecithin is equivalent to 37 mg Choline. Maybe it was cheaper. It’s certainly less in quantity so the pills should be smaller meaning NOW Foods will save a bundle on packaging even if the Choline is slightly more expensive than the Lecithin.

My best guess? Some things just aren’t as effective to the body when consumed in their pure forms as when taken in other forms. So I’d try a different brand of actual Lecithin. I’m using Spring Valley 1200 mg Lecithin that I purchased from Walmart. It’s derived from Soy but I don’t think there’s enough residue to cause an Estrogen effect. That is over hyped and worth repeating.

Yeah that makes a lot of sense. I’ll try soy Lecithin although I’ve been put off by all the bad rep about Estrogen, but clearly a lot of people are using it without problems so might check it out.

A sensible way is to take normally and see how you get on. Consider overdosing only when the results are underwhelming and you want to experiment.

Glad I was able to help. I continue jerking after the 1st spurt, so perhaps I should try keeping still and see if I’ll continue shooting. Come to think about it I see a lot of heavy cummers in porn stop jerking altogether after PONR so yeah.

I’ve been on some of these for a few days, and I’ve run into a problem. For some reason, I haven’t had any ejaculate come out. All my orgasms for the last 2 days have been dry. Should I be concerned?

If nothing came out I would be concerned. You should get that checked. As far as celery I’m not sure the science but I do know that it definitely increases sperm production.

Ok I’m about 2 weeks in for my HGW. Don’t think there’s an effect on my load size. However I had been thinking there was no difference in my drive or anything as I didn’t notice a difference but was definitely more up for it without realising this last week. Missed the last couple days though.

May try putting the l-arginine back in and see if I get any issues this time but it’s so difficult to take supplements without the OH knowing
