So far I’ve read zinc at least not more than 50 mg a day, but I believe my tablets are 25 mg, would that already be enough or should you go to the limit? Folium acid are 800 mg tablets, is one of those enough? And lecithin as far as I’ve read is “overdose” on the day of the orgasm (6-7 times 1200 mg or so?), but on all the other days?
So anyone with some advice regarding the daily/incidental intake of these supplements?
